Daniel McGuffey was about to marry the love of his life, Jessie Preston. All of her family was already seated and waiting for the wedding. Her family was like any other family. They were a little different, but they liked Daniel and they trusted him, even though they never met his family. Daniel's family was not even at the church yet. His family was a little off. They were more on the crazy side more than anything. They knew about Jessie more than Daniel ever did.

It was almost time for the wedding. Daniel was already waiting at the altar while Jessie was still getting ready. One of the bridemaids was talking to one of the waiters.

"What a beautiful wedding, isn't it?" The bridesmaid said.

"Yeah. Sure. I guess." The waiter said.

"Come on! Aren't you happy for her?"

"You really want me to be honest?"

"Yes."

"I'm not really happy for him."

"Why?"

"Because Jessie is not the woman you think she is. It's actually kind of a shame."

"What is?"

"It's a shame that the poor groom's bride is a whore."

"What do you mean?"

"Besides her, I know what she has been doing behind Daniel's back."

"What has she been doing?"

"She has been sleeping with her ex-boyfriend."

The bridesmaid gasped. "What? Are you serious?"

"Yes."

"How do you know?"

"Open your eyes. It's obvious. Right after Daniel proposed to Jessie, her ex-boyfriend heard about it, so he came back into her life and made Daniel do all the wedding planning while she was sleeping with her ex-boyfriend. Besides, if you look at Jessie right now, she doesn't even look excited to marry Daniel. While he is standing at the altar right now and he is more excited than ever to marry Jessie."

"Just because it seems like it doesn't mean you're right."

"Well, then. I guess we'll have to see, now won't we?"

The conversation ended there. The bridesmaid went back to go help Jessie with her dress.

Time went by. Jessie already went down the aisle, and Daniel's family still hasn't showed up. Daniel didn't seem to worry though. They were already through part of the wedding. Jessie put on a fake smile and while the priest was talking, she whispered to him, "I love you."

"I love you, too." Daniel whispered back.

Right after that, The church door slammed open. The priest stopped talking and everyone's attention was caught by the door's slam. Came walking in first was Daniel's half brother, Brandon.

"Hey, everybody!" Brandon said. Then the rest of Daniel's family came walking in and said, "Hi!"

"Sorry we're late. We got stuck in traffic." Brandon said not even concerned, and all of Daniel's family took their seats.

The wedding continued on from there. It got to the point where Daniel and Jessie said there vows. The priest said, "Should anyone here present know of any reason that this couple should not be joined in holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace."

Brandon got up and said loud and clear, "I object!"

"Brandon, what are you doing?" Daniel said.

Brandon walked up to the couple and started circling them.

"Daniel, look at it this way. Technically, I'm saving your marriage."

"What are you talking about?" Jessie asked freaked out.

Brandon came up behind her and said smiling, "Don't give me that, slut. I know what you have been doing behind Daniel's back."

"Brandon, what is wrong with you?" Daniel said angrily.

"Daniel, there's something you need to know."

"Can't it wait?"

"No it needs to be said now because little whore here isn't going to tell you."

"What are you talking about, Brandon."

"He doesn't know what he's talking about." Jessie said angrily.

Brandon sarcastically laughs. "Really now? Well, are you going to tell him, then?"

"I don't know what you're talking about?"

"Don't give me that, you little sneak!"

"Why don't you just sit down and shut up, you freak of nature?"

"Jessie, don't talk to my brother like that!" Daniel said.

"Why are you defending him instead of me?" Jessie said.

"Because he is my brother. He knows me better then I know myself."

"I do, too!"

"Jessie, after I proposed to you, you didn't even help me out with the wedding planning. You ran off and did whatever you want. Brandon helped me out with the wedding planning. Where were you?"

"I was...I was...doing other stuff."

"Like what?"

"It's none of your business!"

"It's none of my business? I was planning the wedding out while you were avoiding me. I bet you don't even want to marry me."

"Daniel, I wasn't avoiding you."

"Then, what were you doing?"

"Don't worry about it!"

"I am worrying about it. I don't want to marry you if you're not going to be truthful with me."

"Well, then I guess the wedding is off!"

Everyone gasped. Jessie threw her bouquet down and ran out of the room. Then some mysterious man that Daniel didn't recognize went right behind her. Daniel raised his eyebrow up.

"Who was that?" Daniel said.

"Daniel, it's finally time for you to know the truth on why she was avoiding you." Brandon said.

"I don't want to know, now."

"It's too late! Come on!" Brandon pulled Daniel by his tie and dragged him to the door and opened it. Daniel looked around the corner and saw Jessie kissing the guy that followed her out the door. Jessie saw Daniel from the corner of her eye and stops kissing the guy and gasped.

"Who is that?" Daniel asked.

"Daniel, this is my ex boyfriend." Jessie said.

"More like just boyfriend to me." Brandon said.

"This is why you didn't help me plan the wedding?" Daniel said.

"I'm sorry, Daniel." Jessie said.

Daniel went back into the church and Jessie's family left while Daniel's family stayed by his side.

"I can't believe this." Daniel said.

"I know, Daniel, but it is going to be okay." Brandon said patting Daniel's shoulder.

"You know what? You're right. From now on, I'm not going to date any more girls. I'm just going to hang with you guys because you are my family. I tried to be normal, but it just can't be done. I want to be with my family forever."

Everyone cheered and then Daniel said, "Come one. Let's go home."
