Strangers

Annoyed, I glare at the others, daring them to do something. Jeff, Toby,Masky, Hoodie, Slendy, and all the rest are there.

Smirking, move past them and Smile follows me. I walk, whistling, to the kitchen. Grabbing a steak from the fridge I open the bag and give it to Smile raw, then look for food I can eat.

Humming quietly, i shake my head. Grabbing my beanie from the living room floor, I wrap my tail around my waist and put the beanie on over my ears. Smile watches me. When I leave the room he follows.

Knocking on Slendy's door, I wait until a black tentacle opens the door. Walking in, I sit in the chair in front of his desk, and wait for him to address me, as he is working on files.

Yes, child? He asks, 'looking' up at me.

"Slendy, the food is running low and I was wondering if---" before I even finish he shoves a very full wallet into my hand. Shocked, I stare at him.

Go. Get stuff for pasta, that's the only thing I want you to get. Get whatever else you want. He says, happily. No one ever goes shopping for food, they make me. Thank you (y/n).

Nodding, I get up and leave closing the door behind me. Walking out, Smile tries to follow me but I make him stay. About to walk into the tree line, I hear a loud "bang". Looking behind me, I see Tony running towards me.

"Get waffles, p-please!" He exclaims. I nod, smiling.

"And cheese cake!" I hear Masky and Hoodie yell at the same time. Laughing slightly, I turn and walk through the trees. I stop and look at Toby.

"Toby, wanna come?" I ask. He nods enthusiastically. He hasn't been out lately. I lean up against a tree and begin to wait as Toby sprints back to the mansion to get dressed in normal clothes.

I only have to wait about a minute or so before he thunders down the stairs and walks casually to where I'm waiting.

As we walk through the forest, I hum a few tunes aimlessly. Toby seems shyer than usual, but I don't pry.

"Toby." I look over at him for a reaction. He looks at me.

"Catch!" I jump into the air, and with a blinding light blue light, I shift into a (cat color) cat in mid air. He reaches out and barely catches me in time.

Rude. I say to him in his mind. He stares at me and almost trips over a root. He starts to scratch behind my ears.

It feels wonderful, life a massage on a sore muscle. I purr loudly. He keeps scratching and talks about random things. I often reply back, and when we get close enough to hear common city birds, I shift back and make sure my beanie is still secure.

Toby stares.

"What?"

"I t-thought when a n-neko shifted back into a p-person they were n-naked."

"Well, Slendy did some magic shit on my clothes. He told me whenever I shift back and forth I will always have clothes on when I shift into a person again. Its handy." I laugh at Toby's red face.

We keep walking in silence, though Toby tics every minute or so. I sneese, and Toby stares at me, his face slowly getting redder. Confused, I was about to ask him and suddenly...

"Choo!" I sneese. My nose wrinkles and I close my eyes, my ears flattening slightly under my beanie. When I open my eyes again, Toby is staring at me and smiling.

"Cute..." he says, then blushes and turns away. I blush too, looking the other way as we begin to walk again. I let him walk in front of me.
