Alright I'm rushing to get you an epic Christmas Chapter in time. Um there should be a pretty big twist as well in there. Any ideas?

~Siren’s POV~

The Thanksgiving dinner would be held outside under a tent like cover. It was a beautiful night and soft candle-like lamps lit the night. There was a long table covered in white satin and groaning under all the platters of food that had my mouth watering. It was slightly chilly but overall still bearable.

I was not in the highest of moods walking the stone path to the table. There were three levels to Nora’s back yard. From the back patio a stone pathway led to open grass area and lavish garden (statues and waterfalls included). Moving past this and up a step was the ‘second level’-so to speak- modest sized pool and a little garden and grass area beside it for relaxing. The third and final area was the largest and used for such occasions as this. However if the table and tent cover were removed along with the wooden boards placed on the ground, there was a tennis/basketball/volleyball court. To save the hassle Nora tended to leave the dining scene up instead of the court.

I hiked up my dress and strutted my way up to the table. None of the guests had arrived yet and I was determined to be a little bit of a sook until I had to play my part. “Someone’s panties are in a bunch” Hector stated wickedly.

“You’re disgusting” I replied absentmindedly making my way to my Aunt. “Nora, do I really have to be here?”

“Of course dear you, Hector and Hera must absolutely be at the table this evening. All of your targets will be joining us for dinner and you have roles to perform to ensure our business with them goes smoothly” she explained flustered. “And you my beautiful Siren must watch what I do very closely. Hector will learn what he must from his father however I will teach you what you need to know to look after the family business” Nora had slipped into a Greek accent almost unconsciously-it happened when she got to talking about ‘family’

I sighed and felt myself pouting. I swiped hair angrily out of my face and plonked myself into the nearest chair.

“Brother” I said adopting a posh accent, hoping that would gain his attention. “I really don’t fancy dining with the peasants this evening.” My voice held the whiny pitch of a British princess-who said Hector was the only who could act? He grinned at me, excited by the idea of playing our game

“My dear sister I feel positively the same” he replied dropping down to one knee beside me. I felt a few eyes on us and I glanced the waiters and help looking at us with odd looks. Carter and Logan were among them

“Well that’s capital! We just won’t attend and pass the evening in a more fitting manner” I said smiling

“Alas my sister, if only that were so. However our Father has absolutely insisted we be here to show the peasants what civilisation really looks like.” My brother said gravely

“Oh the duties the rich must perform brother. We truly are saints” I said snobbishly

“That we are. Hopefully we will find something while dining to keep our minds from melting with boredom” He stated and I felt my act slipping-he would be the winner if I laughed first

“Yes if we are to maintain our dignity and not turn into peasants ourselves we must cling to each other for strength during this most gruesome methods of torture.” I was now pretending to faint

Loud laughter broke out around us and I noticed Hector was grinning also “Ah lass it seems to be that you have won this round” he said with a pirate sound to his voice.

“Don’t I always win?” I tease with a smile

“You two are crazy” Hera informed us taking a seat beside me.
