Chads pov.

"Baby ! I need you !",shan yells from the bathroom. I Jump up and run to the door. I jiggle the doorknob and its locked.

"Unlock the door !",I yell. She opens the door and I see her with blood comming from her arms.

"Shan what happened ?",I yell rushing to her side. I grab the first aide kit and begin to stop the bleeding.

"Shan why do you keep doing this?",I ask.

"Because you won't pay attention to me unless I'm hurt. I told you i was sorry. Chad why won't you forgive me?",shan cries on my shoulder. I pick her up and bring her to the bed. I gently lay her down careful not to hurt her.

"Please rest. We can talk later ",I whisper in her ear.

"I love you Chad.", she mumbles as she drifts off to sleep. I kiss her cheek and begin walking downstairs. As I get to Jr's. room I peck me head through the door. He's sound asleep. Thank god ! I get to the kitchen to start on breakfast. Just as I was about to start the pancakes my phone rings.

"Hello ?"

"Hey big bro ! ",Tina yells in the phone.

"Wassup?"

"Nun much. I just wanted to know what you and Shan are doing today ?"

"Shit , nun. I ain't plan nothing for today. I don't know about her."

"Well , me and Stephanie are going on a date and I wanted to know if y'all would join us ?"

"Where y'all going ?"

"The movies and then out to dinner. Nothing to fancy.",Tina says. I sigh. I hate going places with Tina and her girlfriend. Somehow I would always get embarrassed.

"Tina idk. Why can't you ask mark ?",I ask as I pour the batter in the pan.

"Man , who want mark ugly ass ?",she scoffs making me laugh.

"U right. I ,um I guess !",I huff.

"Thanks man. I owe you one.",Tina says.

"Hell yeah you do.",I smirk.

"Watever. Look I gotta go. See you later.",she says then hangs up. How she gone see me later if she didn't give me a time.  Just got my ticket out of this. I finish making breakfast I placed me and shan's plate down. Along with Jr's. Baby food. I job upstairs and take a quick shower. After I got out. I grabbed some joggers and a wife beater. After brushing my teeth I went to wake up Shan.

"Shan baby get up.",I say shaking her.

"Hmmmm",she says making me chuckle.

"Come on. I cooked breakfast.",as soon as I said that she popped up and ran downstairs.

"That's a damn shame !",I laugh walking to Jr's room.

"Come on stink stink.",I cooed as I changes his diaper. He finally woke up and we both went into the kitchen to see Shan stuffing her face.

"Did u say grace ?",I ask making her groan. I laugh as I sit Jr in his highchair.

"Bow your head women.",I joke.

"God thank you for this food we are about to eat. Let this food bless our bodies and give us strength. God please watch over my son to make sure he doesn't choke or cause any harm to himself today. In Jesus name we pray Amen."

"Amen.",I say grabbing a baby spoon and opening the baby peas. I dip the spoon in and feed it to him. He snacks Hus lips tasting the food.

"Boy you a mess ",I laugh as I begin to eat my own food. As I was about to eat again he starts fussing.
