I know I said that I was going to be posting 3 or 4 chapters but instead I'm doing 2 chapters because I've been dealing with a family emergency and getting ready for my trip to Texas. So I'm really sorry but I will be trying to make these chapters long because I don't know if there long enough. Tell me if they are long enough or do I need to make them longer because each chapter is like 2000 to 3000 words.

Chapter 18

I woke up and Percy was actually laying down with me. I started to kiss his abs and I went to his neck. He started to wake up and then I kissed his lips. I knew he was fully awake because he started to kiss back and I pulled away.

"Happy Birthday Baby. I love you." I said and he kissed me again.

"Thanks princess. I love you too." He said and I smiled.

I got up and I went downstairs. Melissa was making coffee and reading a book like always.

"Good morning." I said while grabbing all the stuff to make waffles.

"Good morning, I made some coffee." She said.

"I noticed and do you want waffles?" I asked.

"Sure and can you put blueberries in mine." She said and I nodded.

"What type of waffles does Percy like?" I asked.

"He likes chocolate chip and sometimes blueberry but it's usually chocolate chip." She said and gave me a cup of coffee.

"Thanks." I said.

I started making waffles and drinking my coffee. Melissa made my coffee just right, not to sweet or not to strong. I wish I can make coffee like that. The waffles finished and I gave Melissa her plate. I grabbed Percy's and my plate upstairs. I walked in his room and he was watching TV. I gave him, his plate and he started eating his waffles already.

"Don't you want syrup with your waffles?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yes I do and thanks princess." He said and I smiled.

I got up and went to go get syrup. I walked down and Melissa was making herself more waffles.

"How the hell, do you know how to make waffles so good?" She asked and I shrugged.

"I don't know, I've always been good at cooking like my mom." I said and started to remember how she always made me waffles for breakfast.

"Well, you need to teach me how to make them." She said and I smiled.

"Yeah, I can teach you how but I'm not telling you all my secrets for cooking." I said and laughed.

I grabbed the syrup and went upstairs. I gave Percy the syrup and I started to eat my waffles. Melissa wasn't kidding when she said that I made good waffles. I thought she was joking but no, these are the best waffles, I've ever made.

"Princess, why are so good at cooking?" He asked and I just chuckled.

"I don't know, Melissa just asked me the same thing." I said.

"Well, I already know that today is going to be the best birthday ever." He said and he pecked my lips. He grabbed his plate and went downstairs. I continued eating and my phone buzzed.
