As soon as Celeste was dressed, she quickly ran down the stairs. Joy and Mr. Begal we're waiting with their suitcases. Mrs. Begal wasn't ready yet, Celeste knew why. Her mom was always really sensitive about her makeup. Mrs. Begal had told Celeste when she was a little girl, she had told her mom that she didn't need her help putting on makeup anymore, and when she got to school, everyone made fun of her because she had put waaaaaaaay to much makeup on. So now she wanted to make her makeup perfect.

After about five minutes Mrs. Begal walked down the stairs with her suitcase. Her long brown hair in a ponytail and wearing a pretty flower dress, makeup perfect as always. She turned to look at Celeste and Joy, "Ready to go?" Both girls nodded. Celeste looked out a window. It was still dark, but she could see the faint light of the sun in the distance.

Mrs. Begal opened the front door and let everyone go out. She went out last. Celeste put her huge suitcase in the car's trunk and plopped into the car seat behind her mom's. Joy sat in the back. Joy looked at Mrs. Begal, "How long will it take to get to the airport?" Mrs. Begal thought for a moment then looked at Joy, "Probably about two hours." Joy groaned and slumped in her seat.

Mrs. Begal started the car. Celeste took out her phone and played Candy Crush Saga. It was one of her favorite games. Joy said snootily,"Can I play?" Celeste turned Joy,"No! Get your own phone!" She grouched. Mrs. Begal glared at Celeste and madly said,"Celeste, that is not nice to say, and just because of that you will not be allowed to play your phone all the way to the airport! And you will let Joy play!" Celeste groaned and threw the phone to Joy. Joy sneered the most horrible sneer at Celeste. Celeste whipped her head away from facing Joy. Since she couldn't play her phone, Celeste dug through her suitcase and found her iPad. "No phone, or any electronic!" Mrs. Begal said. Celeste put the iPad in the seat next to her,"Sorry!" She said.

Now Celeste had nothing to do. So she just leaned back in her seat and closed her eyes.
