The red eye

Chapter 21

While I was knocked out I had a dream to where I saw the whole scene over again but this time I was the one with my head off. I think that Seth was trying to kill me but I kissed him first. His hands in the dream were covered with blood from me. In real life his hands were going to my neck but I was quicker. I woke up to screaming. I heard Nathan's voice in the background and I could see a shadow above me. When I opened my eyes Elizabeth was hovering over me. She was looking at me with curious eyes and when she say my eyes open she backed off. I looked to find Nathan being held by four boys. I turned around and sprung at Elizabeth but two boys caught me. I struggled until I saw here walk to Nathan. They brought me closer to where I could smell her breath. "Well, look who woke up". I try to get free but I couldn't. I spoke again. "I see that she is a fighter. Look I heard what you did to Jade and you must pay. Maybe a soul for a soul". I turn to Nathan and she sees me look at him. She coughs and continues. "Well I see that you and Nathan have a special bond. He should be the one". I growl at her but she only smiled at me. I stop to try and talk to her. "You leave him alone. Plus I didn't kill her. Some other boy did". I was not done but she just cut me from my sentence. "Your kind killed her so I have to kill on of your kind tomorrow. I've selected Nathan to die at sunrise. Bring them to the tent and tie them up with the special rope". I twist and turn but they feel like a rock. We were tied side by side and then the six boys left us. Nathan was looking down. I wanted to make home feel better. So I made him look at me and I kissed him. Since I know this will be out last moments I tried and make it good. We kissed for the entire night and I knew that cause they came in to get us out. he grabbed my hand and I held on to it tight. We went to a huge rock and I saw Elizabeth holding a knife. The boys broke our hand and I cried. He was tied to the rock. One of the boys was hooting and the rest joined in. I looked down but they grabbed my head and put it back up. Elizabeth put the knife high in the air. She came down with it and I saw the blood. He was looking at me the whole time. He died with a smile on his face. I dropped on the ground and cried. Why was this happening to me. They grabbed me and pushed me down to the tent. I stayed there for 2 weeks befit they let me go on one condition. That I kiss one of the boys for 10 minutes. He was not that bad but I loved Nathan more. After that I ran to the where I last remembered seeing the boys that killed Jade but I ended back up where she died. I saw Seth's head still there but Jades head was gone. I looked for it every where and I heard crying in the cave. I slowly walked in. I saw Jade sitting on the rock. I cough. "Why are you crying Jade"? She turned around and say me. "Christian" she yelled. She ran straight to me and hugged me so tight I thought I was going to die. "Where have you been. I thought you were dead" she said in a low voice. I replied "No they didn't kill me they killed Nathan". She looked at me. "I'm so sorry for that. We were never supposed to do that to you guys unless we were in a war". "It's fine Jade. I'm just tired and hungry". She looked happy all of a sudden. "Maybe after we eat I know how to get Nathan back" she said with a happy smile. "That'll be great" I told her. After we ate we went to a temple. She run her hands all over the walls. She looked at me again. "This is where we can bring him back to life but someone will have to die". "What. Then who can die" I said with a sad tone. "Well it will have to be me or you".
