The Japanese man holding the sign for us held a hard stare. He looked no older than 30 but something about his demeanour made him look a lot younger. His hair was slick back and he wore a black suit with a black dress shirt, black tie and black shoes. He was the one.

"What's the best way to the train station?" Daniel asked.

"You could walk, but it's about ten blocks." The man replied in a complete american accent, his hard stare not deteriorating at the slightest with the code phrase.

Code phrase: A phrase or a small conversation in order to confirm another spy's identity.

Daniel and I turned to face each other for a quick second only to nod in agreement and follow him to where he was leading us. We walked outside into the cold night air and towards his sleek black e class Mercedes. The man opened the door for me and I slid in not taking my eyes away from him cautiously. He offered me a slight nod and smile before closing the door and walking to the drivers seat after helping Daniel with the bags.

Daniel sat beside me in the back seat and gave a quick scan of the car nodding and frowning in approval.

"PJ Liguori sent you, correct?" He asked starting the car with a nice low hum and drifting smoothly off the pavement.

"Correct." I replied.

"My name is Axle, agent from the central division of Japan. I will be your driver."

"I'm 0013, from the central south division of England. My name is Scarlet."

"0012. Hi i'm Dan."

"Nice to meet you two." Axle said in a less serious voice than before, he looked at us through the rear view mirror and I could tell he offered a smile. It was then suddenly interrupted by a phone call to which he picked up almost instantaneously.

The car's inside was very high class. Everything was a perfect white colour and even the back of the front seats had the Mercedes logo. It was clearly a very new edition car but it didn't smell new and the outside of it did look like it had gone through some car washes. Beautiful nonetheless.

His phone was smacked down after a five second call and he took a deep breath before speaking.

"What is going to happen now is I am going to quickly drop you two off at your hotel, sign in and the front secretary is going to get you some clothes that you are both to put on. As soon as you have that done, come straight outside where I will pick you up and head you off to your first destination. I got information 30 minutes ago that this is the first place you must be." Explained Axle slowly in a deep voice, his american twang showing.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"As cliché as it is," Axle sighed exasperatedly "a casino."

We jumped out of the car, quickly hauled our bags out of the boot and walked sombrely inside the lobby. I had been to nice hotels before but this place was incredibly fancy. There were expensive looking chandeliers dangling from the ceiling, sitting areas with chairs and tables of absolute beauty and class, a bar over here and restaurant over there. I could even see a ball room, by the looks of it, not far down the hallway. Everything seemed to be hinted with gold and crystal and I wouldn't be surprised if it was real.

"Check in?" A lady at the front desk asked in a slow, thick Japanese accent. It was clear that those were two of the very few English words she knew.

"Yes." I replied in Japanese to comfort her. She beamed at us and kept that smile consistent. It was obvious she had to do this because of her job but her smile was nice and welcoming.
