~Scarlet's POV~

The clock's dark face read 18:06. I smiled at the reality of it technically being 6-0-6, for no reason what so ever. Why did that amuse me? I have no idea. What I do know is that I was enjoying sitting on my bed while Ava sat on the ground and Alistair sat in a chair laughing with me about our lives. Two boxes of pizza were evident on the floor near Ava. It was delicious but I did have to remind myself to at least try to eat some Japanese food sometime soon, however today was not the day.

A lot had happened today and more was still to come but right now all I could care about was relaxing and planning my moves for tomorrow. That was when we were going to go to the flea market street to find so called 'Hanae Miyumi'.

The second I had told Axle that Daniel was planning on keeping this to himself he threw a fit. His eyes were filled with anger and irritation and he had slipped out a bad word or two. It made me happy that there was someone else who held the same annoyance I had with him. It made me even happier when his annoyance brought him to do something about it. He started calling people from his division to let them in the know and did us a favour when he started calling arms dealers and gunsmiths to get us loaded with stuff we would need. The day had entailed driving from secret weapon warehouses to the Japanese division itself and then to a training rig where we met up with our fighting arts instructor for the first time. His name was Jim, and he was very sweet at heart; he even let us use the space to test us on our skills. I was rated outstanding; obviously. The best part is, the whole day without Daniel! I feel like I should be concerned but I am not. Either way, Axle gave him a call to ask him where he was and what he was doing to which he responded with 'sight seeing'.

The majority of the hotel staff knew about us and were here to protect and help us whenever we needed them to. The people that were at the door in the morning were taken care of and reported straight to us.

Everything that needed to be ready for tomorrow when we would head out was ready and packed safely away in my closet. Similar for Ava and Alistair who had their stuff sent directly to their hotel rooms.

"...and then she poured her milk all over the same flight attendant and I had to stop myself from laughing because if I did it would have only made matters even worse," Alistair was laughing all throughout his stories using masses of hand gestures and covering his mouth from time to time. Ava was blushing profusely but laughing at the same time as she listened to her embarrassing story of their flight here. I too couldn't hold in my giggles and ended up laughing at my friends expense.

"At least you guys had a fun flight," I said, slowly recovering from my laugh outburst.

"Why, was yours boring?" Asked Ava pulling her legs in so she sat crossed legged.

"You could say so," I sighed thinking back to the fourteen hour flight that I slept through most of.

"Why was Daniel not interesting?" Alistair piped in playing with the pens on my desk.

"Wouldn't even talk to me for the whole flight. But that has happened almost everywhere. If i do talk to him I end up getting annoyed because he does the most annoying stuff," I expressed most of my words.

"Oh," was all Ava said. "Is he back yet?" She asked tentatively looking towards the door.

"Yeah, I heard him," I replied and true to my word too. I had heard him humming a familiar tune as he scanned the door beside mine and trudged in while Ava was telling a short story about her past life. I had contemplated going to him to inform him of everything just so he was in the know but a text from Axle stopped me as it said that he had already spoken to him. It wasn't like I was going to do it willingly. I would have trudged my way over to his door as much as he would have trudged his way over to mine.
