12. Prince charming

Chapter 12 - Prince Charming

Danny's POV

We had reached the house where Bree was held captive. I could smell her already. And I heard her heartbeat. I just let out a breath of relief. She wasn't dead. 

"Okay... let's just go in with force... there's only two people in the house excluding Bree. It's probably Melinda and Rick Porton... they can do nothing. We are more powerful than them. And we have something to fight for. And also they are probably too scared to to anything when they realise the king and the prince is there", dad spoke. Everybody nodded and we ran straight through the doors and windows.

Bree's POV

I was sleeping when I heard the loud noice from upstairs. Somebody came in and then there was a fight... maybe. I was tired, hungry and very stressed. I was scared for my babies 24/7. It wasn't a nice feeling. And my body was also very stiff, because I couldn't really move. Then the basement door was smashed down and I whimpered. What it wasn't Danny or somebody I knew. I saw how something flew across the room. And then came the light. It was blinding. 

I knew that I would die or be saved today. It was just a simple thing. So I didn't freak out. And I was strangely very calm. I didn't even think about anything. I just hoped that my babies would be okay and I wished that I could see them at least once, but that wasn't possible if I died today. 

"I found her... inform the prince!" I heard somebody yell. I saw two men standing at the door of my cell. 

"Okay... sweetheart... you are going to be okay, princess", I heard daddy's voice. Oh God. Daddy was here. 

"Daddy!" I whispered and tried to smile. My cheek hurt though and I think it was swollen. 

"Shh... princess... let me get you down", he said and he broke my chains. I fell straight to his arms and he hugged me close. 

"Thank you daddy!" I whispered and then I felt Danny's presence somewhere near me. It made me feel so safe I started crying. Everything came crashing down and the next second he was there, holding me, kissing me, making sure I was safe. And then I fell asleep.

When I woke up, it was light again. I felt comfortable and somehow very light. I didn't have anything to worry about and I was just in peace with myself. Then I opened my eyes and saw Dan. He was smiling lightly and he seemed to be even more handsome than the last time I saw him. He was just so wonderful... like a mirracle. 

"I love you?" I said smiling lighty.

"I love you too, sleeping beauty", he whispered and kissed my lips lightly. He than took my hand into his and we just stared at each other for a long time. 

"Is Harry okay?" I asked.

"Yeah... his been practising big brother-ing with Gabriella. And he told you everything about his day every single day you were sleeping. And I bet he will be jumping out of his skin when he finds out that you finally woke up. He's been very worried", Dan spoke quietly. 

"How long have I been sleeping then" I asked.

"About two weeks... you were exhausted when we got you and you just fell asleep into my arms the same second I got a hold of you", he said. Oh my God. My babies would be here so soon... and I was SLEEPING!

"I gonna be a bad mother!" I said and tears flooded out of my eyes.

"No you won't... you are a mother already and I think our son loves you with his whole heart", Danny comforted me. I smiled a little. And then I heard the little feed hitting the floor when Harry came running in.

"Mommy! You're awake... I love you and I'm sorry... but I went to get daddy like you told me to!" he spoke fast.

"It's okay baby... thank you... you saved me, Harry", I spoke and kissed cheek. 

"Mommy... are the babies gonna be here soon?" he aske.

"Yeah... I hope so... cuz I really feel like a walking whale", I said smiling and we all laughed. It was relaxing.

"Well... you kinda look like one too, mommy", Harry said innocently and Dan fell to the floor laughing. Harry didn't understand anything and I couldn't help but laugh either. 

"Poor girl who gets you as her mate, sweetheart", I mumbled and Danny laughed even harder. Don't ask me how that was even possible. But... I know one thing... I was happy again... and home with my family and my superman prince charmings.
