Part 1 - Damn you, Ryuu.

{Katashi's perspective}

For as long as I can remember I've had deep feelings for my childhood friend, Koizumi Hina.
Today was the day that I would confess my feelings for her and ask her out.
I ran to the classroom in a hurry, it was only some minutes until class was about to start.
-Hina!, I shouted outside the classroom.
She looked at me and waved with a smile on her lips.
-Ah, Nakahara-kun, what is it?, she asked and gave me a smile.
I walked over to her desk while looking down at my feet. My heart was beating fast as I knew I would soon confess my feelings for the girl I loved.
-Hina... I-I....
-Look! It's Yoshida-kun~!!!, a girl shouted.
Hina turned around to see what the girls were talking about, and so did I.
A good looking boy stepped in and all the girls were exhausted to see him.
-Uhm, Hina, I mumbled and tried to get her attention.
She turned around with a thoughtful face.
-Excuse me, what is it?, she asked.
-Well... You see, I was wondering if.. Maybe...
Then suddenly, that boy showed up at the other side of Hina's desk. His face was close to hers and he looked at her for a long while.
-Will you go out with me?, he asked her while giving her a pleased smile.
Hina was shocked. She didn't say anything and she started to blush
-I-I..., she tried to say before the clock rang.
The teacher walked in and asked all students to sit down.
-Oh, I see that Yoshida-kun found his classroom. Welcome, will you introduce yourself?, she asked him.
-Sure, he said and smiled at Hina before walking to the teacher.
-I'm Ryuu Yoshida, nice to meet you all.
I shook my head slowly with a bitter face, but when I turned around to see Hina, she almost smiled at him.
And it hurt me.
