Ashton
"Okay Harls, remember what we talked about? Daddy will be back soon." I said lowering Harley to the floor of the family waiting room. I had to I do a press conference today for our new movie. Harley had to tag along with me because Mandy is visiting her sick aunt for a few days."No dada stay." She lisped squeezing her mermaid doll. I could see the look in her eyes that she wasn't going to take no as an answer. It hasn't been a good last few days without her mommy and I've also been stressed out. I sighed, not wanting to argue with Harley yet again this week. "Alright, come with me." I said then picked her back up.
I met up with guys and our publicist then explained. "But she'll be a good girl. You won't even notice she's here, right Harley?" I said turning my head to look at Harley, sternly. She slowly nodded, "yes daddieee." We all entered the room and I could hear a few cameras going off. Harley giggled, waving to the crowd. I placed her on the floor, sliding my chair out then sitting. "Stand, stand right there-" I started but she already started climbing up my lap. She squealed squirming around on my lap. "You gotta be quiet and sit still." I whispered in her ear. "We've got a fifth member of 5sos today." Michael chuckled. "Hiiiiiiiiii!" Harley said closely into the mic earning a laugh from the crowd. "Someone likes all the attention." I laughed at my daughter. As Luke began to answer questions, Harley started playing with the mic and singing into it. She defiantly is taking advantage of this moment. I took the mic out of the stand and held it away from her. "Yeah we're a pretty positive-" I began but was cut off, "Too loud daddie!" Harley said covering her ears. "I'm sorry baby." I said continuing from where I was cut off before. Harley still squirmed on my lap. "Here, take a walk." I placed her on the floor and she stared at me for a sec, then disappeared under the table. We moved on answering more questions when Harley popped back up. "So Ashton, will we expect to see Harley on the next future tour with you guys?" A reporter joked. "Heck yeah! I've been teaching her the drums and you all know how she is with crowds!"
Calum
The door creaked open an inch, "Mama?" Bird peeked through the door. "Good Morning Bumble bee! Your up early." I cooed applying my last coat of mascara. She came farther into the bathroom, wearing her lady bug pajamas. "Is daddy still sleeping?" I asked her. "Yusss." She lisped. I looked down at her and realized how focused she was on my makeup. "You want some?" I grinned and she nodded shyly. I added some purple eye shadow on a brush, "Close your eyes," I gently painted it on her eye lids. When I was done she fluttered her eyes open, looking in the mirror, "ooooo pwetty!" She squealed. I continued with my routine, added some blush to my cheeks with Bird still watching. "Me me!" She jumped up and down. "You want to try?" She nodded taking the brush then swiping it all over her cheek in circular motions. "Gorgeous!" I cheered. I looked at the time, seeing I had to leave soon. I quickly searched for my go-to light pink lipstick then popped off the lid and wiped it across my lips. Birds eyes lit up yet again. "Me toooo!" I giggled at her excitement, wondering what Calum reaction will be when he sees her with makeup. "Can you pucker your lips like this?" I puckered my lips and she copied. Then I gently wiped it across her bottom and top lip, "All done!" She smiled ear to ear at herself in the mirror. "Pwetty pwetty," I heard a groan from the bedroom and the mattress springs bounce. "Rache, baby, my balls are-" Calum whined entering the bathroom but immediately caught himself when he saw his daughter. His eyes were wide open and he was slapped awake. "Wow, look at you both. My beautiful girls!"
Later when I returned home that night for dinner, Bird still was still wearing the makeup. I looked from Bird to Cal. "She wouldn't let me take it off, Rache." Calum sighed. "I don't like my baby girl looking so grown up!"
Luke
"Dada," I felt a soft poke on my arm. "Dada," I felt it again, then slowly opened my eyes to see a terrified Chase holding his penguin by an arm. "Hey buddy," I grumbled half asleep. "How did you even get out of your crib?" I asked but Chase shook his head. "Mon-sters." He trembled. I've always imagined being a father with a kid who would get scared of 'monsters'. Every kid has those nights, I know I did. I remember the trick my dad used to make them go away. "Monsters!? I'll go scare them away." I got out of bed and picked up Chase. He nuzzled into my neck holding the fluffy penguin tight. "Where are they?" I asked him. "In closet." He lisped back. I took him down stairs to the kitchen, placing him in the counter then finding a spray bottle. "I know a secret potion that will make the monsters disappear forever." I filled I bottle with random liquids in the kitchen like dishwasher soap, windex, etc. "Done!" I picked him up again and went back upstairs then I set him down when we entered his room. "Stay here," I mumbled to him then went to his closet. I opened the door to the closet, "Monsters go away!" I sprayed the 'secret potion' everywhere in his closet dramatically so Chase would see behind me. I then fell to my knees holding up the bottle, "All gone!" Chase ran to me squealing, "yay daddy!" He wrapped his arms around my neck. I kissed his cheek, gently saying, "I'll always scare away the monsters."
Michael
"Ok, so we've got all the alcohol, fifteen sticks of butter- thanks to you," I said reading off my checklist for our dinner party tomorrow night. "I'm sorry, it sounded like you fifteen instead of five." Michael explained. "Why would I need- I can't do this right now," I really can't let him do anything on his own. "Its fine. The butter should be soft by now, so I'll start the baking." I looked over to where I left the place on the kitchen island but there was nothing there. "Uh Mike, where's the butter?" I sighed and he looked blank. "Where's the boys?" A squeal coming from the playroom answered our questions. "We're such bad parents!" I slapped Michaels side as we ran towards the playroom. We came to an immediate stop at the door frame, not believing our eyes. "Found the butter." Mike muttered. It was everywhere and on everything including our sneaky little boys. "I... What... How," I stumbled in awe of the state of the room. Nothing in this room didn't have butter on it- even the walls and a poor teddy bear. How am I even supposed to clean this off of everything?
The boys continued to giggle and butter each other up while looking at us. "Want some?" Dylan said holding up his hands to me. "No buddy, I'm good." From the corner of my eye I could see Mike snickering. "Michaelllll," I whined extending the 'l' at the end. I couldn't help but form a small grin on my face. "Our boys are wild." Michael laughed then shrugged, "You should've known that from day one. They are Cliffords."
