13. Stone Cold

Demi's POV:

When I woke up I looked around the room and next to me I saw sleeping Wilmer. Then I looked on my left hand and it really was there. the ring. There's no way back. I'm going to marry him  even if I don't love him how I told. But this he will never know. I decided to go to starbucks for something to eat. I put some clothes on and I walked out. 

Today isn't nice weather so I think I will be home. When I was in front of starbucks some memories came to my mind. I think that I was going here with Cara but I'm not really sure about that. I ordered two coffees and something to eat. 

When I turned around I forgot how to breathe. It was her. Again. And she wasn't alone. I really hope that they didn't see me. They seem to be happy. I was looking at them for a long time. When I saw them holding hands it really hurt. Fuck. I don't think I will ever go over this.

"Demi?" Shit. They saw me

"Cara and Kendall. Hey." I was looking into her beautiful blue eyes and she into mine. 

"Hi Demi. How are you?" Kendall asked. Did she really ask on this question? How can I feel when you stole love of my life?  I answered to myself. 

"I'm fine. Thanks." I still could feel Cara's eyes on me but I wasn't strong enough to look at her so I was looking on the ground.

"Two coffees?" She suddenly asked. I swear when she say a word it's like knife to my heart.

"Yeah. For me and Wilmer." 

"Cara do you think I could talk with you? Alone?" I looked at Kendall and she went to buy coffee.

"Cara I."

"Congratulation." She didn't let me finish.

"I can see the ring on your left hand." She continued when I looked at her confused.

"Oh yeah. Um. Thanks."

"So. You will really do that huh?" 

"Cara please let-" She interuped me again

"No. Don't say anything please."

"I don't want it to be like this Cara." 

"Like what?"

"Oh c'mon you can't look at me and when you do I can see how much you hate me. I know it's over but do we really have to act like this?!" 

"Demi. I. I don't hate you okay? it's hard for me to see you and it's harder when you have that ring. But I think it has to be like this. We're done and I think it will be the best for both of us when we will live our life with person we have. You'll get married with him and I'm dating Kendall."

"What do you mean by this?"

"I mean that we shoudn't meet again. Never. I'm sorry." I wante to say something but Kendall came.

"Everything good babe?" She told to Cara and gave her a kiss. 

"Yeah. Let's go." When they left she even didn't look at me. 

When I came home again we ate our breakfast and then I went to studio. I had a great idea for song. So I started recording. 

I was all day in the studio but I have it.

"Demi this song is amazing." Nick told me.

"Thank you for your help."

"Anytime." 

I sat to computer and share that song on twitter
