iMission (Part 1)

*Summer's P.O.V.*

"Roman ! We have to talk, there's something weird going on and I have nothing to do with it !"

"I know, me too ! Pokémon Go is still down. It's been three hours !" he complained.

"Dude, you're a grown man. Get a life. But seriously, have you noticed anything strange with Dean ?"

"I haven't been around him in days to notice anything. He's been with Seth since the pier that one night. But that's normal, right ?"

"Him disappearing on you outta nowhere and you not hearing from him ? Seriously, what did you smoke in the last few days ?" I asked concerned.

"The plan was to get them together from the beginning. Or at least it was for Seth I'm sure. It's happening, so what's the problem ?"

"Forcing it is the problem. Like Dean and Brie. That was forced and now look at them. I can't let that happen to Seth. He's too fragile." I explained.

"I'll keep my eyes and ears opened, but I'm telling you, there's nothing going on. Now, walk with me until the servers come back up. I need to catch Evee and evolve her to Jolten."

*Dean's P.O.V.*

It had been days of me showering Seth with my divided and undivided attention.

"Are you almost ready ? The movie starts in 20 minutes and we still have to find a way to sneak our snacks in." Seth shouted from the bathroom.

"You do that too ?"

"All the time ! Who's spending $3 on candy and $5 on popcorn ? Not I said the cat !"

"You know Seth, I wasn't really sure about coming out here. Honestly, I thought you were just trying to hookup and that's not really my jush. But the past couple of days were actually really fun." I admitted.

"This is all I wanted really. Just me, you and candy stuffed down our pants." he said squirming around.

"It's easier if you put the Skittles in your back pocket and your wallet in front of them so they don't move around a lot when you walk. Tie a hoodie around your waist and carry $10 in your front pocket." I said pulling the candy box out his pants.

He smiled and looked away when I put it in his back pocket, which was actually kinda cute on his part. I was really starting to feel attracted to him. Before I knew it, he went in for a kiss.

"We better hurry, I still need to find a place to put my Milky Way." I said making him kiss my cheek.

*Seth's P.O.V.*

The whole ride to the theatre was me texting Summer about what just happened. It wasn't a major life changing moment, but a future freak out. What couple doesn't kiss in their own home ?

Summer - Maybe you had bad breath and that was his way of saying don't try him ?

Seth - NO ! He did the same thing when we left the pancake house the other day ! It's been a week of us together. The day he landed doesn't count. But we haven't kissed at all !

Summer - You can't just rush him dude. I bet you're his first. Let me know what happens after the movie. And don't eat Slim Jim, your breath will stink again.

Seth - Go to hell bitch 😆

"So um, don't be mad at me, but we still have an hour until the movie starts." Dean said stopping the car.

"How'd you get the times messed up ?" I asked.

"Well, instead of me looking at my home screen, it was a screenshot I took. I was wondering why my phone was at 8%."

We both laughed and decided to just wait in the car. It was an awkward silence, just like at the airport. Obviously, the kiss malfunction was still on my mind, but what was on his ?

"Okay, that was the most painful hour of my life." I said opening the door.

"You're telling me. Do you know how hard it was to just sit and not eat for an hour ?" he chuckled.

We walked inside and made it to our seats without getting caught or dropping our snacks. Halfway through the movie, had to be the worse thing ever: a sex scene.

"Okay, why did I pick this movie ?" I whispered to myself.

"It's Entourage, what did you expect ?" Dean whispered back.

"I rather do all that myself then to watch other people." I said.

He was silent as the scene ended. On the outside, I was calm and collect. In my head however, I was killing Dean 12 different times.

"I still don't know the point of the movie."

"This is what we get for going to the theatre that plays old movies." I said.

"But you were right. I rather record myself having sex than watch other people do it. The girls' boobs were a solid B- at best."

"The guy wasn't that cute either. So what's the plan for tomorrow?" I questioned.

"The zoo ? We've been everywhere but the zoo. That, and the strip club but that's not my style."

"I can totally see you there. Like, everyday getting free drinks because everyone knows you." I joked.

We laughed as I got a text from Summer saying "Get outta there. He's playing you." I had Dean drop me off at Starbucks so I could meet and talk to Summer.

"What the hell is this !? Tell me you sent that to the wrong person." I pleaded.

"There's something off about him. I watched you two at the pancake house, he wasn't listening to anything you said. He avoided how many of your kisses ?"

"Summer, your acting crazy now."

"Honestly Seth, why do you he's with you ? I mean he wouldn't look at you at all when he got here, and now he's sleeping at your place ? He hasn't talked to Roman or the others in days."

"I haven't talked to him or the others in days. Remember the plan was to get him here and with me. Are you mad because you're still single. ?" I asked.

"I choose to be single and just mingle with no strings attatched. I'm just trying to look out for you." she said.

"Do you have proof ?"

"Well, not yet."

"I'll be taking a bubble bath trying to seduce my boyfriend if you need me." I said leaving.

"Remember, I'm going back home in three days." Dean texted.

Just great, my bestfriend lost her mind and my man is leaving soon. This couldn't get any worse.
