Dear Homewrecker,
I'm writing this letter to you not only to tell you how I'm feeling, but to tell you about the pain that that both you and my father have caused my sister, my brother, my stepmother, and me.
I don't care if he brought himself onto you. I don't care if he lied to you and told you that he and mom have spoken about getting into a divorce or separated. I don't care that you want to meet us kids. I just don't care about you in general.
Maybe I will care about you in the future. However, I'm pissed and I have the right to express my feelings, don't I? Of course I do!
Just to let you know, you're not the only one that will be getting a letter. My father will also be getting a letter. I am tired of keeping everything bottled.
I wanted to know more about you, Homewrecker. Hell, I still want to know more about you. So, I may or may have not (I did!) look you up on Facebook... Turns out, you blocked me. You. Blocked. Me. I cannot find you anywhere! You want to meet us kids so badly, right? Right? You get to know about us kids... How come I don't get to know about you?
Look, Homewrecker, I'm not going to go and say "don't tell my dad anything that I am saying to you." No. I could care less if you went and told my father that I wrote you this letter. I really don't care if you go and cry to him. You can go ahead because it's whatever. There is just one thing that you really, really need to promise me, Homewrecker.
Leave him alone. I know my father and this most definitely is not him. Because if there is one thing that I DO know about him... He always puts his kids first. HE HASNT BEEN DOING THAT SINCE YOU AND HIM HAVE BEEN DOING WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING!
Really, thank you so much for being apart of this. Now since you have so devilishly sauntered your way into your way into our lives, you can so kindly leave. We have some things that need to be worked out as a family and they don't involve you.
So, anyway, Homewrecker... Goodbye!
Your boyfriend's daughter,
Harper Galloway

After I printed out that letter and shoved it into an envelope, I asked Andrea if she could put it on Homewrecker's car since she knew where Homewrecker lived. When she did, I felt relieved. I hoped that Homewrecker would agree to the promise that I proposed.
My hope was crushed.

The letter above is a letter that I wrote to my father's mistress last summer. The only thing I changed were few minor spelling errors (I was really upset that night and didn't feel like changing anything) and the mistress's name to Homewrecker.
