I'm back! I have to remind myself not to get caught up in Episode storywriting 'cause I have books here! Anyway, here ya go!

I'm coming close! I can feel his presence! Amra's heart was nearly overworking herself at the same time she was worrying about her husband. Suddenly, her head was spinning profusely, and she had no choice but to stop for a break. She was breathing in and out with big breaths and held a side of her head with a hand. Just as she was about to resume her chase, a looming shadow crossed over her, "Huh?" She looked up with curious eyes for them to flare up with horror.

The elongated boats crawled through the water like the evil reptilian spirits of the merfolk legends. An array of oars dived into the water and gracefully carried through the water, propelling the ships to their destined destination for sheer destruction. Once Amra composed herself, she shot herself ahead of the boats, swimming faster than the speed they were moving, and reached the shore. She climbed up the sand, inhaling her first gulp of fresh, salty land air. The Light started to envelop her body from the crown of her head to the ends of her tail fin. As the glittering glow worked its magic, her physical transformation commenced. Her cerulean appearance and green hair was now similar to the color template of the native land-dwellers, except the color of her irises remained its gold color. She shook her black mane of sleek, straight hair as she quickly stumbled on her feet. She looked wildly around the shore and saw a band of natives waiting at the shore, "R-Ruok, Ruok!" She called out his name, and rushed over to the group. Maybe he's in that group! He transformed!

A well-built warrior called her out in their native tongue. He and his other men were garnished with teeth adornments and spears & stone axes turned to see Amra. A few of them whispered among themselves with worry seeing a woman arrive at a potential battle scene, "Amra!" One of them shouted, and Ruok appeared from within the group. His eyes lit up underneath his shaggy, black hair. Amra halted to a stop once he rushed over to his wife, "what are you doing here? I told you I was going to be back!"

"I knew it, see? I was right!" Amra protested, pointing a finger at him.

"I-I said I was coming back! The two-leggers are the strongest people we've ever met. This meeting will not last long." Ruok said.

"I saw the boats. They were not just a few, I counted at least eight boats."

Ruok looked at his wife, and turned around to view the men behind him who questioned him about Amra and her current condition. An older-looking warrior walked in between them and talking to Amra in his language, "Amra, you are of child, are you not?"

She bit her lip, "Yes, I am, but I could not waste the chance to tell him and everyone else. You are all in danger." She said, addressing the other figures who were now attentive of Amra. The elder warrior spoke a sharp, brief phrase at Ruok, who nodded like a child who was briefly scolded, and told a young native to return to the tribe to gather more reinforcements, "Thank you." He said, and Amra smiled grimly. Then, the warrior's eyes shifted over to the horizon and so did everyone else. The carved, reptilian creatures announced the arrival of the Vikings.

"Amra, stay hidden." Ruok whispered to his wife. She nodded, and with the Light she cloaked herself to become invisible to the Vikings and Ruok. This ability allowed the mermaid or merman to remain hidden from unwanted eyes and he or she would be able to choose who they would be visible to. However, any merfolk would be able to sense other merfolk who use this power. Ruok, now relieved, sensed the life energy of his wife gently vibrating beside him, but he was curious on why she hid herself from him.

Great men and a few women dressed in brown, earth-colored wools and linen exited the boats and and gathered their forces on the shore. Amra swallowed nervously, but she looked over her shoulder to see bodies in the distance, awaiting certain fate. She turned her back to the strangers.
