Grell's heart dropped hearing the sound. "No. No! No william!" Grell pushed past the doctors and to the man. Soon being pulled back and yelled to go wait outside, crying for William's life. "Take him outside!" Grell sat outside crying. Feeling Ronald's hand on her shoulder. "Grell, I'm so sorry." Grell shook her head. "It can't be. He can't die." Ronald hugged Grell, still hearing the sound of a dead heart from inside the room. "William. Please don't leave me." Grell sobbed into Ronald's chest as the others ran into the hallway, seeing the two on the floor and the sadness in grells eyes. "Is he?" Ronald nodded and grell sobbed more. Everyone comforted grell and waited for the doctors to leave the room grell walked inside seeing a still william, pale, and cold to the touch. "Please. Please this can't be the end." Ronald touched grells shoulder. "We will wait outside." Grell sat next to william and held his hand. "William. Falling in love with you, was the greatest thing I've ever done. You made me feel, happy. Like nothing else mattered but you and me. We made a promise to eachother the night we wed. We would never leave eachother. I'm keeping my promise! What about you!" Grell sobbed into William's hand. "You broke our promise! You left me william. How could you!" She cried and cried. Yelling at William's body. "I love you! I love you so much! Please william come back! Don't leave!" Grell laid her head on the hospital bed and sobbed. She didn't notice the heart monitor beeping again. She felt a hand on her head. "I'm going anywhere grell. I never will." She shot her head up and cried tears of joy. "William!!!" She hugged him and the doctor ran in. "It's a miracle." The other ran in and they all cheered. Grell and william kissed and grell hugged him again. "Hey grell." "Yes william?" She looked Into his eyes. "Your the best thing that's happened to me."
