Grell stayed by Williams side throughout his hospital days and walked by his side when he was released two months later. "I'm so glad your okay William." Grell nuzzled her head into Williams neck. "I'm so glad that you were there with me, I wouldn't be here without you." Grell smiled at Williams sweet words. "So now what? do we go home?" William nodded, fixing his glasses. "Well my lovely bride, shall we?" Grell giggled and kissed William deeply. "We shall my handsome groom. But i want to do something first." William turned to Grell. "And what is that?" Grell pulled out a small card. "There is a place we need to go and prove something to someone." William stopped at the stairs leading to the complex where they lived and looked at the card, tilting his head. "What does that say?" "The Phantomhive mansion." William stopped. "Why would we need to go there?" Grell smiled happily. "To show a certain man who doubted our love, that anyone can find it, even us." William smiled softly. "So you want to brag?" "Pretty much." Grell laughed and William shook his head, very amused at his brides attitude. "Well then lets go as soon as we rest a bit. I don't really want to go near a demon right after being discharged from a two month hospital visit." Grell nodded. "Yeah, you need to rest dear." William climbed the stairs to the apartment and unlocked the door. "If you need me ill be sleeping." Grell nodded as the door swung open, they were met with screams. "SURPRISE!" Williams heart about stopped again. Grell held him as Ronald Knox jumped out from a completely empty apartment, followed by everyone else who worked with them. "What is all this?" Ronald smiled. "A surprise! A welcome back from the hospital." Grell smiled and William released his hand from his now calming down heart. "And almost giving me a heart attack? Was that planned? Wheres all our stuff?" Ronald rubbed the back of his head and chuckled nervously. "No, and you'll see" Everyone laughed and Grell held William. "This is all very nice but William really needs to rest, where is all of our things?" Ronald smiled and took Grell's arm. "We have something amazing to show you two." William sighed, a hint of jealousy spiking at the notice of Ronald linked arms with Grell. "What do you need to show us?" Ronald nodded his head at the others and they covered Williams eyes as Ronald covered Grell's. "R-Ronnie where are we going?" "You'll see, guys get the boss." They walked William and Grell out the door, down the stairs and into a car. "Where are we going Knox?" Ronald chuckled as they zoomed out of town. "You'll see." Ronald raced them to a small house and parked the car. "Ok this way. Get ready to uncover their eyes." Grell and Williams eyes were finally uncovered and they saw they were standing in front of a beautiful house. "W-what is this?" Ronald smiled. "Your new home. A three bedroom house." Grell tilted her head. Three bed-" Ronald rushed them inside and everyone else split off to go do something important. As they went inside, they saw all their stuff unpacked and set up, plus gifts wrapped up on the table. Ronald rushed them straight to what they could only assume was their bedroom. "Ok, covers your eyes." They did as told and Ronald opened the door. "Ok, now." They uncovered their eyes and what they saw puzzled them. "Its...its a basket on our bed?" Everyone shuffled with excitement. "Go look inside it." Grell and William slowly walked to the large basket on their bed. "Is it an animal? I can hear breathing." Ronald shook his head. "Uncover it." Grell reached her hand out and pulled at the fabric covering the basket. William touched her arm. "Careful." Grell walked closer to the basket and pulled off the cover, her hands immediately went to cover her mouth and tears fell from her eyes. "Grell?? What is it?" Grell reached into the basket and lifted the last thing William would have been expecting. Grell turned around and in her arms asleep, was a baby. Williams eyes widened and Grell cried tears of joy. "Its a baby William, A baby girl." William turned to Ronald who was jumping with excitement. "We knew Grell wanted a child, and we also knew you both couldn't have one. So meet your daughter." William touched the baby's black hair and she opened her eyes making them shine a deep green. "Our daughter?" Grell held the child close to her chest. "Will." Grell walked to Williams side, kissing the girls head before handing her to him. "Shes... ours." William held the tiny thing in his arm. "How old is she?" Ronald handed Grell the papers. "Shes two months old." "Two months, so she was born when I was taken to the hospital?" Everyone nodded. "And we have another surprise for you both." Grell looked at him. "Another?" They walked down the hall and to Williams guest bedroom. "Go on, open it boss." William handed his daughter to Grell and pushed open the door. Williams eyes scanned the room. "Oh, my...." Grell finished the sentence. "Gosh." There was a beautiful nursery, decorated in pink ribbons and green bows. Grell took the child as William walked in. "How did you do all of this?" Ronald smiled. "We planned this about a week after you were taken, we got the baby today and bought this house a month ago, plus this house has an extra room for Williams guests. Grell cried happily into Williams chest. "We have a home and a child William." He hugged Grell tightly, making sure not to crush his daughter. "What should we name her?" Grell kissed her daughters head. "Emily." William kissed Grell's cheek. "Emily spears." Everyone clapped for them. Grell looked at William as he did something no one has ever sen him do, a tear rolled down his face. Grell gasped and the tear hit Emily's head. Ronald and everyone else shed a tear, watching the once in a lifetime moment. William wiped his face and pulled Grell closer. "Well, welcome home." Grell kissed him deeply, as everyone cheered for their boss and his wife. "Our life's just beginning now. and i can tell its going to be a happy one." Grell smiled. "This brings us back to the first thing you said when you woke up." William chuckled. "You my dear, are the best damn thing to happen to me."
