Double update because of missing a day, even if I did have an excuse because I swear I was dying yesterday. :)

We left the ice skating ring after becoming official, not feeling like being cold any longer. I held open the door for him and in gratitude, I had been poked in the nose as he slumped into my car.
I rolled my eyes fondly and closed his door to go around to my own side. We started to drive, and I turned the radio up to help numb the silence between us.
"Are we secret?" He suddenly asked, and I hummed for him to repeat what he said. "Are we a secret relationship?" Vikk repeated, but his tone sounded strained and scared. I spared him a glance to see his eyes glossed over and staring out the window at the rapidly pacing stars.
"Do you want us to be? I honestly don't mind being open about it because what's mine is mine," I admitted with a shrug, and it was as if the air lightened right then.
"I want us to be open too, but do you think our friends will care?" Vikk whispered with a shaking voice, and I scoffed, "Of course they'll accept us, love. Mitch and Jerome are already glued to the hip as well as Preston and Rob."
"I guess you're right," Vikk mumbled, and I spared him a smile as I grabbed his inner thigh and crinkled my nose in a playful manner, "I'm always right."
Vikk rolled his eyes fondly before smiling brightly and staring out the window again. I chuckled quietly and continued to let the car be filled with music as I drove along.
As we came home, we were met with the light storm of snow as the temperatures plummeted to below zero. It was better we made it home before it started as to ensure our safety.
We went inside in a rush of yells to move and slammed the door shut with loud sighs of relief because the house was warm and toasty compared to the bitter and painful cold outside.
We had migrated to the living room after stripping to our normal everyday wear and sat on the couch. As we flipped on the television and became engrossed in a marathon of Pokémon movie reruns, I found Vikk subtly sinking further into me and trying to get in between my legs.
I smirked and grabbed around his waist to yank him back. Vikk let out a surprised squeak, but he sunk back into me nonetheless as he leaned his head back on my shoulder and hummed briefly.
We watched in silence with my arms around his waist and his body molded against mine, but I completely disregarded the uproar of vibrations in his back pocket that came from a phone.

We were dressed thickly in mittens, toboggans and ugly Christmas sweaters as we ran in the snow outside the next day. The other four were over, and we were having a fun game of snowball fights.
I slung a ball towards Rob and watched the man nearly fall backwards as he scraped the ice from his beard and face.
"I'll get you back, Lachlan!" He screamed, but I laughed and shrugged him off, "Eh, I have to use the bathroom. When I come back you can!" I called as I turned and walked into Vikk and mine's house.
I hummed Rudolph the Red nose Reindeer as I walked through the house, padding over to the ground floor bathroom and doing my business before turning and walking back out. I passed by the kitchen, but before I could open the door that led outside, I had to do a step back at the rumbling sounds coming from the kitchen.
I squinted my eyes at the phone that buzzed every so often on the counter, but I shrugged it off as it being one of the guy's mobile and hurrying to join back in on the fun outside.
"Lachlan! I bet I can make a better snowman!" Preston challenged with a smirk, and I crinkled my nose up in a daring sneer, "Is that so?"
He nodded, and I shoved him aside to rush to make a snowman better than his. I patted a ball and rolled up the snow until I had a decent sized base, then started on the middle ball.
All the while, I sung the Do You Want To Build A Snowman song and heard the laughter of the others as they judged from respectful sidelines.
I had failed to notice Vikk leave and go inside, only to come back with a weak smile on his face.
As we finished up, I looked over at Preston's snowman to see his was made out of squares and not circles. I looked at him with a questionable gaze, but he smiled smugly and began to tell a story that would fit his snowman. Of course, I would have to do the same, but I was surprised I hadn't thought of a square snowman first.
"I think Preston wins," Jerome said with a deeper voice than his own, and I whined out while failing my arms. Amongst my childish act, I had accidently kicked my foot through my snowmen and fell over on it when I tried to pull back out of it.
The others laughed, but I just sunk into the snow more and groaned loudly because the snow didn't burn as much as the embarrassment did.
On top of it all, Rob had grabbed the large square bottom of Preston's snowman and slammed it down on to my head. I went silent as it encased around my head and left me painfully freezing, but I shook it away and stood up with now damp clothing and a pout.
"You baby," Rob poked my nose, and I bit at it. He chuckled as he turned around and suggested another game to play, but my eyes had drifted over to Vikk's, and he smiled over at me with the most loving gaze I had ever witnessed.
I smiled back, heart becoming warm and wanting to do nothing but run over and cradle my boyfriend.
I looked back to the others to see them all making snow angels, and I was quick to run over and join them, spreading out and making sure I made the best one, but if Preston won again, no one had to know.
