Pumasok kami sa room ko, iniwan kong mildly open yung door. Umupo siya sa isang bean bag na blue and black it was very weird kasi nga hindi naman ako sanay na may kasama ako. I sat sa bean bag beside her which was purple and black.
"Alam mo, hindi ko alam kung bakit dalawang bean bag ang binili nina mama at papa,eh isa lang naman hiningi ko. Ngayon alam ko na kung bakit. It was for me and you" sabi ko, tapos napangiti siya na parang may naalala.
"Alam mo, ako rin eh. May pillow ako sa America, dalawa sila, pareho sila maliban sa kulay blue yung isang purple yung isa" she said
Nag-ring yung phone ko so I fished it from my pocket to see who was calling, it was Wendy, a friend from school. I looked over to Azra to ask permission to answer the call, she nodded in agreement. I answered the call and turned the speaker on.
"Hey Aphrodite!"
"Hello Wendy? Ba't ka tumawag?" I said
"Uhh yeah. Just to inform you, due to the heavy rains, strong winds and thunderstorms, classes for tommorow, which is Monday, is suspended. Classes won't resume until the Principal would post on our school page." Napaisip ako kung bakit niya alam ang information no iyon until I realized that she was the secretary of the School Council Juniors, and as the representative of the class, she has to inform us for updates.
"Ok, thanks Wendy! Happy Rainy Holiday!" I said then ended the call.
"So looks like, wala kang klase bukas?" Azra said "Yeah, so I guess I'll take a little break from reviewing tonight" I said, then lumapaypay na ang katawan ko sa bean bag. "You're really stressed huh?" she said chuckling "I feel you, ganyan din ako eh" sabi niya ulit.
Nagkuwentuhan kami all night hanggang sa makatulog na kami sa mga bean bags.
