When everyone that's died in the past died of cancer.
I see that you want to make it dramatic, but how come every person that died in the past died from cancer. And it's always a child that died, why can't it ever be an old person that died of natural cause? Or a young person but not a child that got murdered or had an unknown disease? Anything but a child dying of cancer.
