Being in Hoseok's room you didn't hear when he had gotten out of the bathroom. You were far too busy attempting to contemplate your life's decisions.
"Done taking care of your problem?" The younger male joked.
Hoseok slapped his arm and sat down in the chair, "There wouldn't have been one if it wasn't for you." He crossed his arms.
"Where's (y/n)?" He asks realizing you're no where in the room.
"I think I was just too much for her~" he chuckled.
"What did you do?" Hoseok furrowed his eyebrows.
"She just saw me like this," he gestures to his naked torso, "I think she's falling for me hyung. Meaning, I'm winning~" He teased.
"How could she fall for you when I'm obviously much kinder towards her than you are?"
Jimin scoffed and stood up making Hoseok stand as well. "Well at least I know I'm better looking than you are!"
This is when their voices started to get louder. You got up to peak outside the doorframe of the bedroom and see what was happening.
"Looks shouldn't matter. And also I'm way funnier than you are, you can't even make a single good joke!" Hoseok argued back. You wanted to interrupt but you didn't even know what they were fighting about.
"I shouldn't have made that bet with you on (y/n). I could win her over faster than you ever could!" Jimin crossed his arms. And now you knew. You stepped out and as soon as you did they both shut their mouth.
"(Y/n)... I can explain." Hoseok started but you put up your hand.
"I've heard more than enough." You headed for the door out of the apartment but you felt a hand grab your arm.
"(Y/n)," you turned this time to see Jimin, "I'm- we're sorry. We didn't think-" You removed his hand from your arm.
"I need to go." Once again you turned away, "besides I have practice tomorrow."
As you left the two boys couldn't move and after you were already out of the apartment building they couldn't even say a single word or even look at each other for the next few hours.
"I knew this would have been a bad idea." Hoseok ran a hand through his hair, probably for the millionth time.
"Hyung... I'm sorry." Jimin spoke up.
"You should be. Besides do you even love her?" Hoseok blurted out. But he wished he could take it back after he saw Jimin's guilty eyes.
"I mean, I like her. But I guess I only made myself love her because I knew you did..."
Hoseok couldn't believe what he heard. Jimin had always been his best friend, but now he wasn't so sure.
"This is my fault. I shouldn't have ever made that bet with you." Jimin's head hung low in shame.
Hoseok wanted to get mad at him and yell at him for making things harder than it had to be, but instead he shook his head and sighed, "No, this is our fault. We both got ourselves into this mess."
"But-"
"But nothing. Tomorrow we are going to go to (y/n's) practice and apologizing."
Jimin just nodded in response not wanting to cause any further damage to their friendship or make matters worse.
It was nearing almost 9 o'clock and it had grown dark outside. Earlier you had been lucky to have found a hotel with a decent room for a fair price. But you had cried the moment you walked into your room and threw yourself onto the bed. Everything was going so well. But for them to make a bet off you was far from what one would call "well". You wished that you had never gone to Big Hit that day or that you even came here at all. But most of all you wish that you didn't become as close as you did in just those few days to the two boys. Especially Jung Hoseok.
You had taken a bath after you stopped crying to calm yourself down and when you got out you collapsed back onto the bed. After the long and stressful day today, it didn't take you long to fall asleep.

Bzzzzt. Bzzzzt.
Your phone alarm had started to go off and you reached out to grab it but it ended up falling to the floor. You groaned and leaned off the bed to shut it off. And that's when you saw your background of Jimin, Hoseok, and yourself. You turned your phone off and got out of the bed.
A bed that wasn't his.
You trudged to the small living room area and plopped down in the soft tan chair. What am I supposed to do now? Forget about them?
You remembered back to when u first met J-hope the way he looked up at you from your lap when he had tripped and fallen onto you. The way you noticed his charming smile. How you were so mesmerized by his dancing. The way he would make jokes and get jealous when you were with Jimin. How he became your sunshine. All up until yesterday afternoon.
You shook your head. I need to stop getting myself down about this. I have practice I need to focus on today.
As you got ready to leave you couldn't help but to think of them and again on your walk to the Big Hit Entertainment building. And even when you had started practicing with your other group members.
You were thankful for when the leader, Yeong, had called for a break. But she caught you and pulled you off to the side.
"Is everything alright (y/n)?" She looked concerned.
No. "Yeah, everything is fine." You lied.
"Are you sure? You don't seem like yourself today." Yeong replied.
You avoided eye contact with her hoping she wouldn't ask anymore questions. She sighed and looked around for a moment to see what the others were doing when she noticed a pair of frantically waving boys outside the small window to the door. They both pointed to you and she looked to you then nodded realizing they wanted you for something.
You on the other hand had been completely oblivious to all that had just happened, you were too far into your thoughts and avoiding Yeong's eyes to notice.
"How about you step out into the hall for some fresh air." She said giving you a smile.
"Are you sure? I think I'll be fine."
"Just take a minute. We'll still be here."
She pushed you to the door and before you left she gave you another smile.
You were actually glad to finally get some fresh air after the few hours of practice you've had. Once you closed the door behind you and looked up, you almost wanted to take that back. It was Jung Hoseok and Park Jimin. You felt like running back into the practice room but at the same time wished to give them both a big hug.
"What're you two doing here?" You crossed you arms.
"We came to say we're sorry." Jimin said.
"And we mean it. Honest." Jimin averted his gaze.
"It was my fault that the bet happened, if you should hate anyone... It should be me." Jimin spoke again. You were shocked, not by the fact that he admitted it was him who started it, but to think that you hated them for doing this. Granted you were mad at them, but you had never hated them.
You couldn't help but to reach out and pull them in close.
"I don't hate either of you. I was just mad that you made a bet to be with me." You buried your face into their shoulders. I should've talked this out with them yesterday instead of leaving like I did. It feels so nice to see them, to be with them again.
"We're sorry (y/n)." They both said in unison.
