I was on the way home with my friend Kukai after school. We made a short stop at a store buying some ice since it was really hot. I bought some more for Amu. I didn't knew if she liked ice cream. But I could try. I guess this heat would be much for her, too.

"Hey....what I wanted to ask now. Why are you so hasty with getting back home? You usually like to stay outside" he asked a bit confused.

I froze for a moment. Kukai was my best friend. We knew each other since elementary school and got along pretty good. Even though we fought a lot. I usually told him everything.

Should I tell him about Amu, too?

Since he was my best friend I decided I should. Since he wouldn't believe me with words I decided show him. We both went to my flat. I went inside first.

"Hey Amu? Where are you?" I asked as I looked around for her. Where could she have gone? After a while I noticed her sitting on the couch in her cat form. She licked her palms before gentle rubbing them over her face.

"Amu? What are you doing?" I asked confused.

"Cute,  you've got yourself a cat" he chuckled as he leaned down to her eye level.

"Amu,  that's my friend Kukai. He's a good person. You didn't need to hide,  you're save here anyways" I explained.

"Dude? You're still sane?" Asked Kukai me confused. That was before Amu swifted forms right in front of him. He froze as Amu suddenly sat in front of him in her human body, completely exposed.

She looked at him confused as he still stared at her. It started pissing me off so I hit his head after a while before covering Amu with a blanket.

"Ouch! Why!?" She yelled rubbing his head.

"She doesn't understand that being naked in front of a man is bad. So don't stare at her chest like that" I growled at him.

"Hey!  They stared at me first!" He yelled back at me. I galred at him making him turn pale. I kind of always felt overprotective if it was about her.

"Wait here...I'll get her some cloths first" I sighed before going into my guestroom. My sister Utau visited me often when she was in Japan. So she had hee own room. Since she wasn't here I thought about giving some of her cloths to Amu before I buy her her own.

I went back in the living room seeing Amu talk with Kukai. He seemed to take it rather calm.

"I see your guys are getting along" I said.
"He's really nice" cheered Amu. She wrote the shirt that I have her on her first day here. She usually wore it when I told her being naked is wrong.

I sat down next to Amu. She jumped on my lap almost immediate. She liked sitting on my lap. Especially when I cane back after school. I guess she feels lonely when I'm gone.

Her tail immediately started swaying back and forth as I gentle patted her head. Kukai looked at me a bit confused.

"What is she?" Asked Kukai confused "and where did you find her?"

"I found her in a box last week. She was alone. As I bought her home she suddenly turned into that...and I couldn't abandone her" I explained him.

"That's weird...did you think about telling the media about it?" He asked as he took a closer look of her.

"No..." I responded "they probably take her away and do experiments with her" I said.

"Yeah...she looks innocent and weak. She wouldn't make it trough experiments" said Kukai before he grabbed her ears, touching them "they're really real. They feel soft and fluffy" he muttered surprised.
