New cat

I was standing in the kitchen making lunch for Ikuto. He'd come home every minute and I wanted to surprise him with something. I don't think that he knows that I can cook since I never do something. I actually could. I'm just very lazy since I'm a cat.

Ikuto had quite a lot in his flat so I could be creative. I even found an apron. It was cute and frilly. I really wonder why he had that. I guess that it's not him wearing it since it's too girly.

I could hear the door unlocked as I continued cooking. My tail started swinging back and forth of excitement. I always got excited when Ikuto got home.
"I'm home" he greeted me as he sneaked behind me and peeked my cheek "you're cooking?" He asked surprised.

"Yup! Almost done" I cheered before I peeked him back. He still locked surprised before sitting down at the kitchen bar. I made Turkey Salad With Tomato, Avocado, and Parmesan and Tortilla Soup.

"I didn't knew you could cook" he said as I placed the food in front of him.

"I can! I had worked as a normal maid several decades ago" I explained "I looked at few receipts up on that thing you use for your homework" I told him.

"You mean my laptop?" He asked with one eyebrow up. I nodded my head. He still looked at me surprised before eating a bit of the food. He looked even more surprised.

"It's good..." He muttered surprised. I smiled cheerfully before hugging him. It made me happy making him happy. He picked me and sat me down on his lap. I giggled before feeding him.

After he was done I cleaned up. I wanted to help out in the household. I don't really want to just sit around. I wanted to be useful.....without using my body. And like that I was useful for Ikuto.

"You don't need to do that" said Ikuto "I can clean up".

"No. I'm fine fine with it" I responded. After I was done I went to join Ikuto on the couch. Suddenly I felt something rub on my leg. I looked down surprised and saw another cat.

"Who's that!?" I asked shocked looking at Ikuto.

"I thought you feel lonely without me so I brought you someone to play with" he explained.

"Y- you don't want to replace me?" I asked.

"What? Why!? No!" He responded shocked "I just want you to not feel lonely" he explained.

"I see..." I muttered. The cat jumped over to Ikuto. He looked at it and patted it gentle. Ikuto sure liked cats. He got along with them really good.

I tried to pat it, too. But it scratched me. I pulled my hand back and licked it. It hurt a lot. I usually just got into cat fights if I fought for food. That now was new.

"I'll make sure he likes me more than you dumb halfcat" meowed the cat on Ikuto's lap. I glared at her angrily.

"I don't like her...she calls me dumb" I told Ikuto.

"You can understand her?" He asked surprised. I nodded my head.

"I don't even understand why he took you in...you're not even that pretty. You're a mix after all.I'll take your place in really fast" she meowed as she stuck her tongue out at me. My glare got stronger as I grabbed the cat with my tail and threw her off Ikuto.

Ikuto looked surprised as I sat down on his lap. I pouted while hugging him. Not giving the other cat space to sit down on Ikuto. Ikuto chuckled amused as he patted my head.

"What was that now?" He asked.

"She wants to replace me here and steal you. I don't like her" I grianede.
