"Don't you want to sit down James?" Brad asked, while making himself comfy on the sofa, "you too Alesha, get over here" he said while patting the space next to him.
The constant and intense stare between me and James was finally broken as he went to go sit down. I could feel my cheeks warming up and getting red. What was happening to me?
There was an awkward silence in the room until Brad broke it. "So what do you want to watch guys?"
While Brad and the rest of the boys were having a very lengthy conversation over something ever so small; I could barely hear anything over the amount of racking my brain was doing. I was lost in thought as to what had just happened. James had looked at me with those kind blue eyes and that warming smile of his. It made me feel all jingly inside. Wait. What am I doing? I love Brad and nothing is going to change that. Nothing. Not even some hotsie totsie perfect guitarist with the sexiest hair I'd ever seen and the loveliest smile ever. Just by looking at him I could tell he was just a cute, innocent character.
But I love Brad. And that's final.
"Alesha? Alesha!!" I came back to reality with Brad shaking me.
"What?!" I said, in a frustrated manner.
"What do you want to eat?" He said, with the cheesiest smile ever.
"Anything" I said, leaning back and closing my eyes, covering myself with a blanket, feeling cold.
"Let's make a cake!!!" Jumped up Connor, looking about as excited as a two year old. Everyone nodded and started making their way into the kitchen.
"Guys you can't leave the sitting room like this! Clean it up now" Brad said, his bossy side starting to creep out. Connor and Tristan turned around and went to help Brad but no one had seen James for a while. Where had he gone?
I started setting out the ingredients for the cake while everyone was slowly getting ready to come over to the kitchen.
I opened a cupboard and reached up to get the big bag of flour from the top shelf. After struggling for a while, I finally got it. Feeling proud, I brought it down to check if there was enough flour. While doing this I could feel someone standing behind me. I tried to ignore them as I didn't know who it was and so I turned around. Unfortunately I had turned too quickly and got quite a fright.
I got so scared I threw the packet of flour in the air and fell backwards. But thankfully James had been standing behind me and I had somehow landed in his arms, both of us covered in flour.
"What's going on in here?" I head a voice coming from the kitchen door.
