Jennifers POV
I don't really know why Kimberly is all of a sudden acting like she can talk to me any kind away. I see that I'm going to have to fix that.
Anyways I wonder who Michael wanted her to meet.before I could even make a move towards the garden here comes Kimberly walking with a super cute but for Milyer looking guy.
As my eyes and Kimberlys locked on each other, she could tell I was irritated but curious.

Oh hi Jennifer I hope I did not have you waiting for too long.

As she began to speak to me I just wanted to slap that pretty little smile right off of Kimberly's face. However instead I just stood right in front of her and just smiled and gave her a hug and said your party is going to be the bomb.

Kimberly's POV
As Christian and I reached the back of the house I can tell Jennifer was not too happy. I don't really know if it has anything to do with what we were discussing before I went to the garden but if it did she just needed to get over it.
I mean I'm her friend and all but she sometimes doesn't know how to treat a friend. I love her and all and I know she would never harm me but sometimes I think she gets beside herself. So sometimes I have to remind her that I can do good with her and I can also do good without her.

I could tell something was up with Jennifer is because she was staring Christian down like if he was a piece of meat that she wanted to just shove into her mouth.

So Kimberly who is this stranger?

Oh oh oh um this is Christian Jones. You might remember him from the benefit a couple of weeks ago.

Oh yeah! Wow that's crazy I usually can remember cute guys.

As I watch Jennifer and Christian walk towards the DJ Christian stopped and turned around towards me and said ... I Will save a special dance with A beautiful birthday girl.

I could not help but to blush by his side and response. Also it was sort of a bonus to see the look on Jennifer's face. I mean I am the birthday girl I'm supposed to have all the attention. However it's not really a shock is because Jennifer cannot stand to not be in the limelight. LOL. Can you say insecurity. LOL.

Jennifers POV
God I cannot believe that I actually forgot that I meant Christian. Damn he is so fine. I should slap myself for forgetting a delicious and desirable guy like Christian. If I was Kimberly I would just give up now because she knows I am more his type.

So Jennifer how have you and Kimberly been doing lately, I mean since the last time we met.

Well Christian we have been all right since the benefit however I feel Kimberly is not doing so great is because she seems to think there is a can spare a C going on when it came to who became the new boss.
I am just trying to look out for her is because she has a lot on her plate right now and I would just hate for anything or anyone to come into her life and tip the scale and cause her to convert that...

Jennifer what do you mean. Convert back to what?

Well Christian I really should not say is because she is my friend and friends do not tell on other friends.

Well I would like to become Kimberly's friend so if there something I should look out for don't you think I should know so that I can help protect her as well.

Well Christian if you put it that way yes you should know however how do I know I can trust you?

Believe me Jennifer I am one of the people you can trust with anything.

Well between you and I Kimberly used to have a bad problem when it came to drinking and smoking.

Oh oh oh... I would of never guessed that. She hasn't been doing anything like that lately right?

Well no she hasn't however I've been doing my ultimate best to keep her on the right track if you understand what I mean by that. She also has a serious Low self-esteem problem and sometimes it can evolve into coming up with crazy stories.

Look Christian I do not want to give you a bad taste in your mouth when it comes to Kimberly so if you would like to get to know her you are more than welcome I am just giving you heads up on what type of person she is.

OK well if that's the case thank you for letting me know. So Jennifer tell me a little bit about yourself. Is there anything I should know personally about you. Do you have any of those habits that you were stating Kimberly has.

As I watched Christian and Jennifer dance together it just made me feel like I have no chance with Christian. I know I should not put those type of thoughts in my head but naturally I cannot help it. I can't really say I'm jealous of Jennifer however sometimes I feel she cannot stand to see me have something that she can't have. The sad part is I look at Jennifer as a sister.
As I began to shake the irritating thoughts from my mind I began to walk towards the kitchen where a couple of guys that I don't remember inviting you to my birthday was mixing up some punch. Knowing that my parents taught me to never drink any punch at any party I took it upon myself anyway to drink a cup. I mean there's no real issue is because it's not like I need a designated driver to drive me home is because I'm already home. LOL.
After several hours of my party starting I started to feel the strong alcohol that was mixed in to the punch bowl. It's not like I have never tried alcohol before it's just I do not really drink it often, I don't really have anything against alcoholics it's just it's not my type a thing plus I don't even like people that smoke it's highly irritating. However I find it very funny is because my best friend Jennifer is a social drinker and a true smoker not that you would be able to tell it by looking at her.
All in all I'm just happy that my party Is a hit.
Even though I was socializing with different people and dancing and enjoying myself I noticed that I never got my dance that Christian told me I would get. But then again I'm not really shocked is because anyone that laser eyes on Jennifer always becomes mesmerized with her beauty. LOL. When I started to feel like I was getting a strong headache I chose to go upstairs and lay down for a few minutes. On the way to my bedroom I Saul a couple people down the hallway making out which didn't really bother me much until I noticed Jennifers dress. She was the only one wearing a Hot pink skin tight dress with matching stilettos. The closer I got the more I knew it was her and all I wanted to do was just lay down is because I already knew who she hooked up with. Bravo Jennifer bravo!!! What a great way to and my birthday.
