Chapter 9...... is this real? am I dreaming?

Oh my God! Oh my God! Before I even knew it I jumped out of my seat screaming Lily is that you? As I started to run towards Lily almost knocking her down I screamed out. You're here you're really here, I must be dreaming someone pinch me. Ouch!!!

What it's not my fault you did ask for someone to pinch you. LOL. Lily responded. So do you think you could actually get off me now is because you're not as light as you was when you were younger, so do you think you could roll off me so I can actually breathe. LOL.

I could not help but giggle to myself, not because I was sitting on top of Lily but just because of the fact that Lily was actually here in my English class.

I immediately turned my head towards Miss Green is because she was snapping her fingers and telling me to get up and go return back to my seat, also Miss Green told me to show Lily to her new seat as well.

Once the full effect of Lillys return faded away I started to ask lots of questions, like when did you get back and what have you been doing for the past couple of years.

Wow Kimberly I see nothing has changed your still as curious as ever. LOL. But you know I love you.  Well honestly I have just been keeping to myself ever since my mother was killed. I have just been helping my dad out a lot at his job. You do still remember my dad is a pediatrician?

Oh yeah, I sort of did forget what your dad's profession was but now that you reminded me that he is a doctor, that explains why he was so good with kids. It still sucks that your dad and mom decided to split up when you were younger.

Yeah but I got pretty used to it I guess.

Lily you were always my best friend when we were younger and I still feel the same way now, however no one just gets used to their parents splitting up also know when just gets used to losing a mother especially when their mother has been killed. You need to understand that your mother did not die from natural causes she was taken from this earth not by her choice., and if it was possible I would help you and your dad find out who those people were that robbed that particular convenient store.

You know what Kimberly I am so happy to be back in New York City and I am even more happy that I have you as a best friend.

Through most of the morning I spent my time talking to Lily. It was pretty crazy but we were in almost every class. The only class that we did not have together was history but that was not technically a shot is because she enjoys history so they put her in a higher level class other than that we were pretty much together. The sad part is Jennifer doesn't even have that many classes with me if I can remember correctly she only has three classes with me and we all have the same lunch. Man Jennifer's going to be pissed off that Lily has returned. No I'm just kidding I have no real idea how Jennifer is going to feel about Lilly.

Jennifers POV
OK clearly Kimberly is seriously going through something. She has been acting real funny ever since her birthday party. She's been avoiding me for far too fucking long and I think it's time to confront her with whatever issues she has with me. So when lunch comes around I have a few words to say to her. So I hope she's ready to hear it but then again I don't care if she is or if she's not.

As my fourth period class ended I made my way towards my locker to put all my books back in there and pick up my purse and walk towards the lunch room. When I made it down the hallway and I was standing outside the lunch room doors I could not set my eyes on Kimberly anywhere in the lunch room. Usually it's pretty easy to spot her out is because she's usually sitting at a table alone but the closest I can tell of a table having a little bit of people is the table at the left side of the lunch room in the corner. It seems to only have two people sitting at it some girl that I've never seen before and I can only see the back of the head of the other person.
Wait a minute the person that I cannot see really has a Black backpack with pink initials KP written all over it. I know exactly who that is and that is exactly who I've been looking for Miss Kimberly Smith.

I decided to walk towards the table and slam my hands down on the table to get Kimberly's clear attention. I completely chose to ignore whoever the other girl was she was not relevant at this point.
So Kimberly are you going to tell me why you've been avoiding me for the last couple of weeks because last time I checked I didn't do nothing to you and that means I do not deserve the treatment you're giving me. So are you gonna tell me or what.

First of all Jennifer calm down second of all this is my best friend Lily remember I used to talk about her all the time.

OK I turned my head towards Lily and I said hi and then I snapped my head back in the direction of Kimberly. So again are you going to start talking to me or am I going to have to do things   Completely differently to get your attention?

Jennifer LOL how about you go get something to eat and come sit down with us and eat lunch with us instead of you being your dramatic self.

Whatever Miss thing I'll be right back and don't think you're getting off this easy. Oh yeah hi and I'll be right back Lily. LOL.

So Kimberly would you like to explain what that was all about or should I not even want to ask.

Believe it or not the crazy girl that was just at our table is Jennifer, you know the one that I've been telling you about all day.

Wow Kimberly you sort or did forget to tell me that she's extremely pretty. I mean she looks like one of the girls that should be on the cover playboy magazine. How in the hell did y'all become friends. I mean I'm not saying you are not a likable person but she does not look like the type of person that hangs out with people like us. Have you noticed that?

Lily just give her a chance she's not that bad it's not like she's a murderer or something LOL. LOL. Trust me you know me better than anyone. If there was any sign that would make me question Jennifer I would know and I would confront it immediately. So don't worry so much. I'm just so excited that you're finally back. You have no idea how many wishes I've made hoping and praying for you to come back.

Well Kimberly you have not much to worry about anymore is because my dad is helping me pay for an apartment out here because he knew how much I miss you and he felt it would be better for me to be closer to my mom. I mean she was buried out here and it used to upset me that I could not go visit her grave site. So like I said I'm out here to stay. So if you ever need me you can always call me.
