Jack's POV (Just after Lina left)She left. It's all my fault. I shouldn't of pressured her. "Got I'm such a dick" I mutter to myself. Picking up my phone, I unlock it and open Lina's contact. "No, I shouldn't call her. She needs some space." I sigh. Hopefully she's safe. I would die a little if she got hurt because of me.
Laying on my bed, I stare up at the ceiling for what seems like hours. "What if she's really gone? Never coming back, not talking to me ever again" I mutter, tears threatening to spill. I wipe my eyes and sit up. "What am I doing to myself? She's just a girl" I shake the thought out of my head, "She's not just a girl, she's my best friend and I really care about her"
Laying back down, I sigh. "Maybe some sleep will do me good, hopefully she'll be back before I wake up" Throwing the blanket over myself, I fall asleep.
Lina's POV
I wake up to find myself surrounded with pillows that smell like Sean, Did I fall asleep here? Jack. I smile and rub my eyes. "How long was I asleep?" I mumble.
"I have no idea how long were you asleep, but I did bring you in here around 2 am. It's now 6 if your wondering" I hear Sean say from the doorway. Looking over, I see him carrying a tray with breakfast. "I want you to know how sorry I am about last night, I don't know what came over me" He says as he walks towards the bed and places the tray on the beside table.
"I wanted to say sorry too, I'm sorry for running off for hours and not telling you where I was" I mumble as I cast my eyes downwards. I hear him chuckle and he tilts my chin up so I look at him.
"You have nothing to be sorry about, I'm in the wrong for pressuring you. Now, the breakfast I made is gonna get cold, so please eat" He gives a soft smile and I nod. Kissing me on the forehead, he takes his leave. I sigh and dig into the breakfast. I'm sure that kiss on my forehead was friendly, right?"Come on ya lazy bones! We're gonna be late!" I shout at the giant 7 year old who's playing video games. He groans but turns off the console anyways. He grabs his bag and follows me out of the house. We walk down the street in a peaceful silence, that is until I end up tripping and smacking my face on the cement.
Sean just stands there, laughing his ass off while I groan and rub my forehead. After he's done laughing at me, he offers me a hand, which I accept. "That was hilarious" He chuckles. I glare at him and continue walking. "Okay okay, I won't mention it anymore" He smiles.
"Doubt it" I roll my eyes. He slings an arm over my shoulders and pats my head. I wave him off and glare. "I not a dog you idiot" I mumble. He chuckles. We walk into school and part ways. I head to my locker, swerving though groups of teenagers as I do. Opening my locker, I grab my books and things for the first class. "Hey, how are you feeling?" A voice to my left says. I look up and come face to face with Mark.
"I'm much better, thanks again for hanging out with me yesterday." I smile and close my locker.
"Don't mention it" He smiles. "What class do you have first?" He asks.
"Umm I believe it's math" I say. Mark nods and says that he has it first too. We walk down the hall together and into the class. I take my seat and prepare myself for another boring day.
