Chapter 1 ~ Meeting Him

Sasuke Pov

Its just a regular monday morning at Konoha High. The weather is overcast as of right now. I was in a surprisingly good mood, but it was ruined the second i walked in the school doors. I walked in the school, only to bump into one of the 'fangirls'.

"Good morning Sasuke-Kun!!" She cooed. I gave her my signature 'back off' glare, but she took it as a sign of affection and sighed lovingly. I groaned and continued to walk. I put my hood over my head so no one would notice me as i headed to the library. Luckily, no one saw me and i closed the library door behind me and sighed.

"Good morning, Sasuke." Kakashi-Sensei said. He was behind his desk, reading a book. He was the librarian. He was also my only friend, sounds pathetic doesnt it? It seems like im desperate for friends...

"Good morning, Kakashi." I replied. I was the only one that didnt say sensei at the end of his name because, y'know, hes my only friend. I went to my usual spot in the corner of the library and pulled out a book from my bag and set it on the table. I slid on my reading glasses and began to read my book. The second book in the Divergent series.

"Hey look! Its Sasuke!" I heard a high pitched voice say. I looked up. I gasped a little bit. There were about 20 girls at least five feet away from me. My breathing started getting a little uneasy. I am very claustrophobic. I heard a 'sshh' come from Kakashi.

"Sorry Kakashi-Sensei!" One of the girls whisper yelled. They all turned there heads back to me.

"C-could you all j-just leave me alone f-for once please?" I managed to choke up the words. They seem to not have heard him and they all started talking quietly to him.

"Hey! He said to leave him alone!" A blonde boy whisper shouted across the room. One of the girls turned around.

"Who asked you Naruto?!" The girl shouted.

"Im sorry, but im gonna have to ask you girls to leave." Kakashi said as he pointed at the door. They all started whining and went out the door Kakashi pointed at. I got out my inhaler and took a puff so that my breathing could ease. I started holding my breath.

"Whats that thing for?" The blonde said as he walked up to me. I held up my finger, saying to give me a second. I exhaled.

"I-its to help m-me with my b-breathing. I h-have trouble g-getting oxygen in and out of m-my lungs sometimes." I replied.

"Mind if i sit here?" The blonde asked. He tilted his head to the side.

"He is just to adorable." I thought.

"Well... Um i-i g-guess." I shrugged my shoulders. He smiled and sat down. He opened his book up and started reading. I did the same.

After a while, i peeked over at him to see what he was reading. He was also reading the Divergent series. He is one book ahead of me though. I then started staring at Naruto, i didnt even realize it.

"Hey, could ya quit staring at me like that? Youre creepin me out..." Naruto whispered. I jumped a little. I felt blush creep over my face.

"S-sorry..." I muttered. I snapped my attention back into my book.

Naruto Pov

Since i was right next to Sasuke, i took a glance at the book he was reading...

"Insurgent huh?"

He was one book behind me on the Divergent series. I took another glance and noticed a deep scratch on his hand.

"Hey, what happened there?" I pointed at the scratch. He seemed to almost fly out of his chair when i asked that question.

"Uh... Um.. Hehe.. Uh.. Its n-n-nothing!" Sasuke quickly said. I frowned. I wasnt entirely convinced. Plus, he just didnt sound right when he said those words.
