Chapter 6 ~ Sai Did This?!

Naruto Pov

"Theyre... Dead."

How did this happen..?

Kyu put his hand on my shoulder. I put my face into my hands and began letting my tears out.

"Naruto, its going to be okay, ju-"

"No! Its not okay!" I shouted. "Its not fucking okay." I whispered. Kyu took his hand off of my shoulder.

"Im going to Sasuke's..." I added.

"Wait... Whos Sasuke?" Kyu asked.

"A friend." I lied. Kyu had an unsure look on his face, but he nodded. I thanked him and walked out of the hospital room. I walked to where Sasuke lived. I knocked softly on his door. No answer. I checked my watch.

9:30 pm

"He's probably asleep by now..." I said to myself. I began to walk away. I suddenly got the feeling to go and check on Sasuke, just in case. I turned around and opened Sasuke's door and closed it behind me. I scanned the room. No Sasuke here. I ran up his stairs and peeked inside his bedroom.

"He's fast asleep... Good, he's safe."

Something in my mind was convincing me he wasnt safe. I walked inside his bedroom. He was definitely sleeping. I decided to watch him for a little longer.

"N-no... Go away, please."

Sasuke was talking! I widened my eyes, thinking he was awake. I sighed with relief as I realized he was still alseep.

"Go away Sai!" He continued talking. Why did he say Sai? Sasuke began whimpering.

"What the fuck is he dreaming about?!" Sasuke began twitching. I saw tear drop from his eye. I need to wake him up!

"Sasuke?" I shook his shoulder softly. He opened his eyes immediately and looked at me. Fear twinkled in his eyes. Fear turned into anger. Sasuke pushed me with so much force that I fell over.

"Sasuke! Calm down! Its me, Naruto!"

Sasuke stopped. He looked at Naruto with wide eyes.

Sasuke Pov

"Naruto..?"

I questioned myself for a second. I squinted my eyes. It is Naruto. Oops.

"S-sorry... I thought you Sa-... Someone else."

Naruto stood up and sat next to me on my bed.

"Why did you think I was Sai..?" He questioned. I hesitated for a moment.

"W-what does this got to do with Sai?" I replied.

"You were saying his name in your sleep." Naruto said bluntly.

"I was..?"

"Yes, now explain." He said in a demanding voice.

"I c-cant..." I said looking away.

"Hey the hell not." His voice was getting louder. I didn't reply.

"Sasuke! Stop avoiding the question! Why were you saying Sai's name in your sleep!" I bit my lip.

"Promise you wont die..." I mumbled.

"What?" Naruto sounded extremely puzzled.

"Promise you wont die!" I shouted with tears in my eyes.

"Okay! I promise." He said. I collapsed into his arms, on purpose. I clinged onto his waist.
