*flashback*

After all the drama that went on earlier I decided to go to my room and write some more songs.

And guess who walks in the door....

Charlie with his video camera.

'Hello annoying.' I said to him.

He smiles and waves at me. It was really funny. But as annoyed as I was, I threw something at his camera.

'Hey easy on the hardware.' He said to me still smiling.

'What are you doing?' I asked.

He doesn't say anything. Instead he points down at my song book so I can start writing again.

Charlie POV

I was putting together a bunch of videos I took of Maya singing so I could put it on one CD to mail to Bristle Hillman.

The whole time I kept hoping for her to get in. I mean she deserves it.

I then clicked burn so the videos would be put on the CD. I went outside and mailed it.

I went upstairs to my room where Maya was waiting for me for some reason.

'Hey.' I said. 'What are you doing here?' I asked.

Maya POV

I went to Charlie's room waiting for him to come back form whatever he was doing outside. I was looking through his telescope when he finally came into his room.

'Hey.' He said. 'What are you doing here?'

'Um.....' I said. I walked to his door and shut it so no one could hear what we were saying.

'With all the stuff that went on this afternoon, I almost forgot to give you your graduation present.' I said excitedly.

I got him tickets to Three Days Grace (look it up).

'Three Days Grace!?!' He said. I could tell he was happy.

'Yes!' I said just as excited.

'OH MY GOD!! WHEN?' He asked.

'It's tonight.' I told him.

Then a look of disappointment came across his face.

'Oh no, didn't you hear I was grounded.' He said not as happy as before. He sat down on his bed.

'What Charlie, it's not like you never break the rules.' I said and I wasn't too happy. 'If you don't go then I can't go either.' He then snapped his fingers sarcastically.

'Come on.' I said. 'It's Three Days Grace.'

Then I was happy to here him say:

'Side window? Should we go?'

'Side window.' I replied.

We climbed out of the side window of our house and ran to Charlie's car. The both of us knew that we had to push the car so that dad and mom didn't hear the engine running. But aunt Stacy was drying on the balcony on the second floor and saw us. But she just had a glass of wine and she was silently laughing because she was glad that we were getting out of the house for once.
