Find things that make you happy. Anything from your favorite youtuber to reading. All of us have something that makes us feel even the tiniest bit happier. Maybe it's music, or cooking, or just food in general! Watching your favorite show, drawing a picture, writing a story, playing a video game, writing in a journal, watching a movie, playing with your siblings, playing with your pet, playing an instrument, practicing a sport, even studying if that makes you happy. What ever it is make time for it in your day so you have something to look forward to.
