Chapter 8 SAVE Them

"No Sans! Please you can't die to if you die... I think it's too late but his soul hasn't broken yet! "No it's not too late." I look out the window and it looks like the gunner has left I call Alphys and hold onto San's soul to keep it from cracking. When she arrives all she sees is dust. She asks what happens because Undyne called her. Then I have to explain. Alphys starts crying but I say "We may not have been able to save Undyne in fact the only one we can save is Sans because of his eye which I expect to be the product of determination experiments on him. I also have an idea to save Frisk but it is not guaranteed to work. Then I hear a gunshot but it misses. I rush Alphys out of the house and we run me carrying both of the bodies and Alphys holds onto San's soul. We eventually escape into Alphys' lab and we hide. We put San's soul back into his body. Then I try something out of nowhere. Frisk saved me... Why shouldn't I try everything to save them? I split my soul in half it hurts but it doesn't kill me I stick half and I see my soul regenerating quickly. Alphys' says that it might be because I have more energy while Frisk needs to sleep more and gain energy back, for their soul to regenerate at a quicker pace. I nod and bring Frisk to a bed, I hope they end up being fine. I sleep on the floor but it's fine I just hope Frisk is okay. In my dream I see them standing there all the dust surrounding me, Frisk bleeding out... In that dream I ask and ask for more power and eventually end up with two swords in my hand with red lines through them. I wake up and see these same swords in my hand. I'm shocked and I don't know how to get rid of them. I try to make them go away and I can't. I head back to sleep and put them by my side and in the dream I see myself put my hand over my heart and they disappear and then I wake up I try this and they disappear. I summon them the same way. I can protect everybody with this. I know it's unlikely but I check outside and I don't see anybody so I head back inside. I wake up and head to the kitchen area there isn't much food but there are some eggs. I make some fried eggs and eat them. Then I check on Frisk they don't appear to be awake. So I summon the swords and try something. I try touching the tip on my arm. It doesn't appear as if I'm hurt I guess it weakens your soul? I assume the worst it can do is leave you unconscious for a few days. I go in to see Frisk awake I run up and kiss them. They say "Hm? Chara what happened?" I decide not tell them the details. But I tell them that Sans and Alphys are here. They seem excited but I tell them to stay in bed. I decide to wait until they are recovered to tell them everything. I see Frisk with thier purple eye. Is it possible that, that holds ability as well? I summon the swords and I feel like I can move faster and that almost everything plays out in my head before it even happens. But when I put them away I feel like I'm normal again. I go check up on Frisk they are asleep and it looks like they aren't running a fever. I go to Alphys and she says what I did to bring the, back was insane. But hey it worked didn't it. Then I see Flowey in the lab. He says "Gee guess you really are an idiot to think that everything would be okay because it was for a few weeks." I tell him I don't care what he says I will make everything all right. Then I receive a text on my phone. It appears from an unknown phone number and it says "Hey kiddo bet you're thinking I'm Sans. Well I am kinda I'm one from a different timeline. The way to make artificial monster souls is one ounce of determination and one speck of their monster dust. This will create the artificial soul I know you are lookin for trust me in this timeline we had the same problem. But we figured it out to late. Make sure Alphys sees this kid. Hope this helps you. –Sans" You decide to show this to Alphys and so you all run back to the house. The clothes of the monster are next to their dust so you know whose is whose. You ask Sans about this after getting back to the lab. He says the alternate timeline Sans contacting you is possible. So you try this on Undyne first and it works. Then you try it on everybody and it works. You check on Frisk and they are awake almost their whole soul is here so you show them all of your friends. They get really excited and you say "Well if you're gonna thank anybody thank Sans I didn't do anything." They get up and hug Sans, then after that we head back to the home but by the time we get back to see if anything is there the house is burning. We're all in shock but the fire looks fresh in fact a few second before we got here. Then I hear him say "Hey Chara why don't you fight me?" I go behind that house to see the arsonist and then he hits me and says "Heh wow I could kill you here then all of your friends would fie too Haha!" I summon the swords and he backs away and says "Woah there buddy we can be friends right?" I respond with something I haven't said in a long time "Greetings. I am the demon that comes when people call its name. Ι αμ Ψηαρα." Then I continuously slash him then I walk out behind the house and tell Alphys I saw him unconscious behind the house. I tell her that he is likely the one who burnt the house down, and that he is likely an Anti-Monster and we should keep him in the lab to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone and to question the anti monsters. So we head back home and lay him down on the ground. Then I have an idea, I tell Alphys not to tell anyone that Flowey is Asriel. She realizes that and then I say "I think I figured out a way to have both Flowey and Asriel alive. If we give Flowey a soul it should help Asriel reform his body. Though I cannot be certain, we may need to extract most of his determination but enough to keep him alive. After this we give him an artificial monster soul. I believe this will make him split into Flowey and Asriel." She says "Wow you really put some thought into this huh? Alright I can try it." I tell her not to tell anyone, not even Frisk. Then I ask Frisk to come outside and I show them the swords and she asks where I got those. I tell her that I was dreaming and all of you died and in the dream I asked and asked for more power. I woke up with these, I was wondering if you had anything like these? They say "Well I kind of do." They put their hand over their hearts and summon a ring after that they heal a cut I had with the ring. I tell her how awesome that is and she says I think I could probably make like a shield around us if we manage to master these. "I attempt to teleport but mine isn't like Frisk's teleport instead a teleport around a person and it gives me a chance to hit them at high speeds. But it really tires me out." After this I kiss Frisk for no reason and I tell everyone that we are out to go grab some dinner and they all seem to want something like burgers so we decide to stop at some burger joint that's nearby. Alphys and I put up cameras around the house so I monitor the cameras from my phone. Frisk and I split the check and then we head home. We all eat then Frisk and I check in on the arsonist. But before we wake him up Frisk asks "Is what we're doing right?" I say that it is after all we didn't kill him nor is he tied up. I check his pockets and see some sort of lighter and a card that was possibly meant to be left. It says "We know there are still some of you left... And we are after you." I slid these into my pockets and wake him up. "Where am I?!" He exclaims. "Well you're in a lab and I have some questions for you. The first one being are you the person who killed us and the one who burned the house down?" He responds with something along the lines of "Well I am the arsonist and I know who the sniper is but give me a reason to tell you." I say "I'm not done with the questions yet. Are you a part of the Anti-Monsters?" His response is strange as I didn't expect him to be so blatant. "Yes I and the sniper are part of the Anti-Monsters. Now why should I tell you who the Sniper is?" Well I know how to drive a bargain so I say "Tell me the sniper and the location of the Anti-Monsters base. Then I won't experiment on you." His face shows a worried expression then he agrees and says "The snipers name well he didn't tell us but he said his nickname was Zero. The last location of the Anti-Monsters was somewhere in New York. But as far as I'm aware we have agents all most everywhere." I agree to let him go but first I ask Frisk to pull out her healing device and tell her to put it over his heart. His soul is black doesn't surprise me. After all this confirms my theory and I can now finish my research I take part of his soul. I tell him that he might just feel weak for a few minutes. Then I tell him he can leave. I shake his hand but I placed a camera on him and I bugged him. I out it on an item I gave to him. I look at the camera and I can hear and see where he is. I gotta hand it to Alphys she did a great job. I hug Frisk and thank her. She asks why and I know that I have to show Frisk the research soon but I can't show her yet. Then I tell her for everything... For saving me for showing me how to love, for saving everybody the one thing I couldn't do. Then I head into a room Alphys gave me to research I ask Frisk to stay outside for a while and kiss her. She agrees then I head in. A piece of the black soul... I can finish the research I was doing before I died, when I fell down I was always interested in souls. The monsters thought there were only two types red and black. So I did some research and found evidence to disprove this but that was before I had the plan to save everyone before I managed to get both me and Asriel killed. Then I hear the artificial soul maker go off will it work let's hope so.
