Meeting My Mistakes

Chapter 4

hey guys just wanted to apologize for not updating in so long :o I've been really busy with school and friends and that when i usually update on the weekend :) but if i ever have a holiday or like a day off from school ill try to update then :) ok well hope you guys love this chapter! btw "story of my life" by 1D is on the side :) enjoy ! love you all stay lovely! :) xx

Mia's P.O.V

I walk into my house and head into the kitchen i literally want to eat everything in my fridge at this moment because i am so hungry.

I walk in and see my older brother Luke sitting at the table eating a sandwich.After he chewed down his food and cleared his throw he eventually brought up the subject of matter,

" We still need to talk.." 

" I don't see what there is to talk about..because the issued is solved "

" What..?" look asked giving me a questioning look.

" Yeah..well lets just say i solved the issue by telling him that i never wanted to talk to him again.." 

" Wow...well..uhm..what happened..?" he asked his voice still lingering because he wasn't completely giving in.

"Something happened..and i got upset..so lets just say were not on speaking terms anymore because i honestly am done with him..besides..hes annoying " 

" I don't believe it..i mean the part when you said you wouldn't want to talk to him anymore "

" B-but-" 

" Mia...i know you too well...i know you like him ok..why wont you just admit it.?" 

" I do not !!!" i could fell a  blush creeping up my cheeks.

" Oh really..how about you tell that to the blushing on your cheeks...?" he let out a chuckle and got up to put his plate in the sink.

" Look..i don't totally approve of him, but if you really do like him..then i guess i don't need to tell mom and dad yet.." 

" Wait..what do you mean yet..?" i asked suspiciously

" What i mean is that..ill let it slide and ill give him a chance for you..but the second he starts to act up again..I'm going to mom and dad..and well..you know where it ends there...you stop talking to the dude "

" Why are you acting like up so much about this little situation! " i asked with curiosity getting the best of me.

" Because i care about you Mia and I don't want you ending up upset again..like last time.." 

He was right..my past break up wasn't the best..in fact it was the worst...i got sad..and depressed. If it wasn't for my friends and family then i think i wouldn't ever gotten out of my room in more than a week. But that was the past and I'm in the present now. I give a thought about talking again to Jace and part of me says yes and another part of me is too afraid to take the risk of letting him in. 

" Well i guess..ill take the risk " i said to myself as i was left alone in the kitchen with nothing but a sandwich and a note by the side saying..

 Look..Mia i know this isn't new for you,but just be careful, i don't want you getting hurt again..so just be careful..oh and enjoy this sandwich your big bro made you :p love you booger

Wow how thoughtful. I chuckled to myself while taking a bite of my food. I let my thoughts get the best of me and realized what I've gotten myself into.
