I woke up to my alarm buzzing as usual

"Ugh can you shut that damn thing off it's fucking Saturday"Veronica groaned

"Um sorry I forgot to turn it off last night"

"Yeah whatever,just don't let it happen again" she said before going back to a slumber.

I got up from bed and walked to the bathroom.

I looked at my reflection and felt a slight lump in my throat.

I looked so pale and my eyes didn't show any emotion.

I rushed into the shower and took a long time in there.

Thank god we have our bathrooms in our dorm room.

Once I got out I changed into some short joggers and a tank top.

Might as well go out for a jog then stay here and do nothing.

I put on my earphones and walked out the door.

As I was walking down the hallway I bumped into a hard chest.

"Oh I'm so sorry, I had my earphones on and I was looking at my phone and I didn't see you coming I'm really sorry"

"It's ok"a familiar voice said.

I looked up to see it was Fred.

"But you can make it up to me by going to that party tonight since you didn't go yesterday" he said with a grin.

"Um I don't know if it's a good idea"

"Trust me it's not that bad you'll have a good time"

"You know what I'll think about it yea "

"Sure and is vee in her room?"

"Yea but last time I checked she was sleeping"

"It's ok she sleeps too much anyway"

I chuckled at his statement.

"Well I have to go now"

"Oh um wait what's your name again?"

"Adrelina"

"I'll just call you Lina " he said with a smile

"Sure"I waved him off and made my way to the entrance of the dorms.

Then started jogging to anywhere my feet take me.

I ended up at a lake.
Ironic right!

I sat down on a rock and just stared at the water.

I heard a branch crack behind.

"Who's there?" I asked

No answer

Next thing I knew there was a male figure in front of me.

"Why are you here?"

"To prevent you of making the biggest dumbest mistake of your life"

"Why now huh why do you just like to appear when I want to be alone"

"I'm not here to have a conversation with you how about you listen to me ok, you can't go to that party tonight"

"Why not huh? Why do you care if I go or not"

He ran his fingers through his brown hair in frustration.

"can you just listen to me and do as I say"

"No because your just gonna disappear what so ever"

"That's not the problem the problem is that I'm just trying to keep you safe and you never listen"

"No the problem is that you keep on coming in my life at random times and tell me what to do, how did you even know that I was here? What are you?"

"That's for me to know and you to find not out"

And with that he was gone.

I swear this guy is so strange.

I decided to search him up so I took out my phone and went to google duh.

I searched up Alex, but nothing Popped out only some random old man.

I was interrupt by my mom calling.🙄

"Hello"

"Oh my god hi sweetie"

"Hey mom "

"How are you, we miss you so much Jordan just keeps asking for you"

" I'm fine and I miss you guy too "

"Oh and how has-"

My mom was interrupted by Jordan

"Hi adreee"

"Heyy little guy"

"When are you coming home?"

"Soon okay"

"Okay"

I heard some shuffling and then my mom was back on the phone

"Sweetie are you okay"

"Yea mom just tired,um I'll call you later ok"

"Ok sweetie be safe"

" I will "

I hanged up and turned my music back on.

I stood up and started jogging back to the dorms.

Tonight is going to be a very strange night 😕
