I walked back to the room and found Veronica and the blue haired guy there they both looked at me and Veronica shoved the kid as if telling him to speak

He glared at her and sighed

"I'm really sorry for what I said at lunch, i just had a tough day and I didn't know what I was doing or saying"

"Yea yea it's fine" I said while digging in my closet looking for something to wear

Veronica cleared her voice

"Hey adrelina, are you okay? You seem kinda worried or afraid almost"

"Yea I'm fine, just need to me up with a friend" I said as I pulled out my short pants and bathing suit, might as well go for swim while I'm there

"Are you sure?"

"I'm pretty fucking positive Vee"

"Ok.."

I sighed then turned to Vee

"I'm sorry but I might not come back tonight, and I might even miss a few classes, I just have to deal with something right now and it's kinda personal"

"I understand"

After grabbing my car keys I gave Vee a hug and waved at the blue haired boy

I got in my car and turned it on, I breathed in and out then drove out the parking lot

Once I got close to the lake I parked my car near a coffee shop and walked the rest of the way

I found a spot to place all my things and started to strip out my clothes

Once I was only in a black two piece bathing suit, I walked slowly towards the water

"Omg this water is cold" I said with a little shiver

Once my full body was in the water I dived in and swam till I couldn't feel the ground anymore

Once I felt out of breathe I went up and gasped for air, I stood there with my eyes close enjoying the peacefulness of the lake and the sound of the waterfall

Until I heard a branch crack

I opened my eyes and started looking around

"Who's there?" I said with a straight face

Three seconds later Alex appeared from behind a tree

We locked eyes and everything else disappeared

But I saw something cloud his eyes making them a darker shade

Lust

I stood up from the water and started walking to shore

My body exposing itself to him, but I didn't care

I felt hunger, and I don't want to sound like an animal catching its prey, but I don't know how else to describe it

I was now right in front of him, his scent of vanilla and mint hitting my nose

He looked my body up from head to toe but his eyes mostly lingered on my eyes

"Sorry I decided to take a swim while waiting for you" I said with no affection in my face but bursting with them inside

I wanted Alex, in every way possible

But there's always something telling me that I can't have him every way without danger and trouble

Truth is if I want Alex I might just have to deal with all his secretive ways and mysteries that bring danger
