Loving A Werewolf

Chapter 5:

It's been a week since Violet was attacked. Cal and the pack continued to keep watch on her, she only left the house to buy food, pay the bills, and go to the library. She avoided looking out the window, she knew that a wolf would be out there, making her feel guilty. She would put on a tough face and hide the tears, but they all know should couldn't hold it in. Cal walks up next to Jones to take watch. "Are you okay?" Asked Jones. "Yeah, I'm fine!" "Bro, you haven't talked to her or us and we all know that you have the hots for Violet!" Cal stood there looking down at the ground, Jones looked at him. "Cal, me and all the guys notice how she looked at you when we helped her move in, she has the same feelings for you! She might not understand what gift she was given, but for the past week I see her cry and I hear you howl."

Right then the real Chief walks up and looks at Cal. "Son, I know I told you to find a native girl since you were 10, but that necklace was given to her for a reason and not alot of native people can wield that kind of power, but what I'm telling you now is to follow your heart, I hate seeing and hearing you being so sad, talk to her and see what happens next." Cal looked at his father and a year went down his wolf face. The Chief nodded and gave him a bag of clothes, Cal grabbed it with his mouth and changed in the darkness.

Cal came back in human form, all clothed and clean, he looked at his father one last time and gave him a hug. "You do know that she will yell when you guys talk!" Remarked the Chief. Cal looks through the window at Violet and said "I know!" Cal started walking towards her house, he got to the glass door and walked in. Violet turns around and saw Cal standing there. "What are you doing here? You can't just walk in here like you own the place!" "Just let me explain!" Said Cal and Violet looks at him. "Explain, we are way over explaining things, Cal!" Cal looked at her surprised. "Yeah, I remember what Daniel said when I got attacked the first time, he said your name and I was hoping the attack was all a nightmare." Violet sounded like she was about to raise her voice. "I know you have alot of questions that need to be answered!" "I have all the answers, Cal! You and the pack was born to be werewolves, to protect this town!" "Violet, you don't know ask the facts, your one to, the second female werewolf!" "I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS, ANY OF THIS!" Violet yelled. "WE DIDN'T WANT TO BE WEREWOLVES EITHER BUT IT RUNS IN OUR BLOOD! WE CANT CHANGE WHAT'S ALREADY HAPPENED!" " ITS IN YOUR BLOOD, THE WOLF I TRANSFORMED INTO CAME FROM THIS!" Violet grabbed her necklace, she walked passed him and Cal was trying to keep himself from transforming.

Cal turns around quickly, walks up next to Violet, grabbed her arms and pushed her against the wall. "Let go of me!" Violet demanded, when she tried to moved her arms, he forces them to stay put. He looked into her eyes. "I didn't want you to be in the middle of everything, Violet! I......I...." "You what!" He looks at her and says "Freaking Hell!" He kissed her, she tried to break free from his grasp, but he was too strong. Cal stopped and looked at Violet, then looked at the ground, her tension disappeared. "I love you!" Said Cal and looked at Violet.

He lets go of her arms, it was quiet between them and he turns his back to her. His face looked like he did something wrong. Violet put her hand on his shoulder and turns him around, he looked up and saw she shed tears. He puts his left hand on her face and wiped away the tears, he leaned in to kiss her again and she puts her hands on his waist, he did the same with both hands and pulled her close, they didn't break the kiss.

Cal moved his hands down, she stopped. "I didn't know it would go from one little kiss to a makeout session!" Cal laughed. "It was my first kiss and not alot of girls are like you!" Violet blushed, they began to kiss again. "Are you willing to help us use your gift to find and save people." She looked at him. "If it saves people and find the SOB's that are hurting them and me, Yes!" "We should go to bed and teach you to transform anytime you want and meet the boys." "But I'm not tired!" "You will because you haven't slept in a week!" Violet almost protested, but Cal pressure pointed her and she fell asleep, he picks her up and put her in bed, he went to sleep next to her.
