Well-know for 'Becoming The Perfect Bitch'

When did you join Wattpad and why?

I joined last May 2015 but as a silent reader. It's funny that I hate silent readers but I was like that before. I joined, well, for one reason, to read. The other reason is to catch up with my friends.

How did it feel like when you posted your first story on Wattpad?

You see English isn't really my first language so I don't read books written in English but last January 2016, the month when I became an active reader, I decided to try writing. I sucked at my own language so I wrote my first story in English. My first ten followers before were all coming from different countries, they were my first readers. My story before was entitled Athene and Lyssa, a paranormal book. I was so nervous to hit the publish button since I knew for a fact that I wasn't that good. I kept on checking my account every now and then to check if someone was reading. I can't forget the time when I first got a vote and a comment, I slammed my table and squealed like a total fan girl! Ah, that was crazy.

Who/What influenced your writing?

My writing was influenced by some of the authors here like Sam Madison and Sweetdreamer33. Of course, JK Rowling, Nicholas Sparks, John Green and Linda Wisdom.

Your inspiration?

My experiences and the things I've been through. My book always has the part that gives the reader a hint of my perspectives about the world and the people. I suck at writing cheesy and romantic moments because, for me, a book is not just all about those cheesy breezy things.

Your reaction when your book became successful?

To me, success is being able to achieve something. I already succeeded the moment I finished the plot of my book and the moment I knew that less than 20 readers out there are reading my book. Yes, of course, I will be disappointed. In fact, I am doubting myself and my capabilities. I'm thinking that I lack something or I'm that terrible. But, success or not, at least, for an amateur and aspiring writer like me, I have created my very own story and I have shared a part of me.

Your advice to the younger generation of writers?

My advice to the younger generation of writers? Be who you are. That may sound cliche and overused but that's the best way to write. Don't think about others. Don't think about you have to write to impress other people. That's absurd. Write because you want to share a piece of you to the people. Write because you want others to know who you are and to make others have a glimpse of your world. Do not be discouraged if someone said that you suck or whatever. Do not listen to them, really. Just write and write and write. Read books and inspire yourself. Don't write because you want to catch up with the trend or you want to copy things. Write because you are pouring your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Write because you are freeing yourself from isolation.

Just be who you are. Write for yourself
