Zoe Winston was a resident in Beacon Hills, California. After Zoe and her friends save their parents from a Darach her father sends her off to some old friends of his, the Cullen's to hopefully stay safe. While with the Cullen's in Forks, Washington Zoe begins to act strangely. She can't seem to sleep longer than a few hours, when she does she has vivid nightmares. When Zoe starts sleepwalking into the woods along with writing strange things Carlisle decides to bring her to the Volturi to see if they can identify what was happening with the young 17 year old. But little did they know they brought the Nogitsune right where it wanted.
