Katsuya/Joey will be called Katsuya in this.

_____________

"Katsuya isn't this awful?! I don't want to sneak out of my house to go to a dumb party! I'm terrified! What if my parents finds out?!" (y/n) shouted as she was tugged along with Katsuya.

He was leading the way to a very obscure party. One of the people at school invited the whole grade to his party. So that's a lot of people, and most likely there will be alcohol there. (y/n) was underaged, she didn't want to drink. The punch might be spiked there, (y/n) didn't even bring her own water as well.

Here's the scoop though: Katsuya thought it would of been a great idea to go. Yugi wasn't going to be there or any of the other's. So what's the most logical thing to do? Get (y/n) involved in the party, she's a conflicting person to be honest. (y/n) promised that she would go to the party just a hour ago. Now she's having different feelings.

"Ahaha, it'll be fine! No one gonna hurt anyone! We'll have tons of fun!" He replied as they entered on the property.

(y/n) groaned, "Fine, but if I get grounded from your actions-"

"C'mon lighten girl! Now let's go and have fun!" He chuckled as he patted (y/n)'s head.

(y/n) rolled their eyes, they were soon in the house. 5 minutes later, boom Katsuya was out of sight. (y/n) was all alone now. This rebellion was a heavy weight on her shoulders. Almost too much, she defied her parent's rules. She felt awful to break. Her stomach ache just a little, she needed to eat.

(y/n) walked over to the snack table. She grabbed a plate and put chips on it. (y/n) then found a area to rest her feet. Awkwardly she watched drunk people do stupid things. E.i. jump out of windows and play catch with some china plates. Then she also watched all the almost drunk couples make out with each other. This only meant one thing to (y/n).

The party was god awful. (y/n) hated being here. Her glossy (e/c) eyes quivered as she stared at her bowl of chips. (y/n) was all alone with no one. Katsuya was gone and out of sight. Things could not get worse. Terrified to walk through the party to find, so she stayed in area.

Everybody had someplace to be, except for her.She didn't even recognize half of the people there. Odd one out, as other people might say. She felt like as if she was the elephant in the room. Bored and lonely. Two emotions that went fairly well together. Though she hated feeling like this.

She had to go find Katsuya. He was probably pressured into drinking the spiked punch. Oh god, that would be quite awful for her. (y/n) gathered up the courage and stepped onto her two own feet. She shuffled around the party, passed the idiots and the drunks. (y/n) found it difficult to get around the place. People were dancing, doing drugs, drinking, and people like her. Except the introverts like her were very civil people.

They were also dragged along like her. But not everyone was drunk or smoking or making out. Some people came to the party to have a great time. They were also civil people, most of them were. (y/n) felt better at the party. Maybe she could be a social butterfly for one time.

No she can't, Katsuya has to found. She has to take him home or something else. (y/n) was worried for him. Finally she stumbled across him. He was laughing with a cup in his hand. He was drinking the spiked punch, idiotic of him. She knew it, (y/n) should had a tighter grip of him.

(y/n) awkwardly shuffled over and touched his shoulder. He turned around and gave her a dorky smile. (y/n) rolled her eyes and dragged him away from the clump. Of course the group of people groaned about him leaving. He was fun to have around, maybe a little chaotic but fun.

Katsuya stopped in place and planted his feet onto the floor. He held (y/n)'s hand tighter and sighed. He wasn't drunk, then what was he drinking? Did the punch bowl get refilled? Katsuya ran his thumb over (y/n)'s hand. Though his hands were sweaty, it was kind of gross. But something sparkled in Katsuya's eyes.

He took (y/n)'s other, he caressed it carefully. (y/n) just stared at his sweaty teenage hands. They were strong and nice to hold in an intimate way. Katsuya sighed and continued to look at his dainty hands.

"They're soft." He whispered.

"Um... Thank you...?" She answered in a solemn tone.

"I..."

(y/n) looked up at Katsuya, his face was flushed.

"I love you." He finally said.

(y/n)'s eyes went wide and her face went still. She was shocked. Love? He loved her. Why did he tell her now? Everything around her went silent and dark. Nervous and she was going to break. He had to be just saying it. Katsuya then slowly leaned down and planted a kiss on her lips.

She tasted thick alcohol on his lips.

He was just saying it. He didn't actually love her, it was the alcohol speaking for him. He was drunk and gave her a kiss. A kiss that she never could get back. A moment of her life she could never erase. This moment was awful. He said that he loved her, but he was drunk. Katsuya just said all of those things. Katsuya's words were empty.

(y/n) felt heartbroken, everything was nothing. (y/n) then pulled away and slapped him across the face. Tears streamed down her face. Revolted of herself she ran off. Katsuya was left there, he couldn't register what he did. Katsuya stood there, with wide eyes. This had to be bad.

(y/n) ran out of the house crying. This had to be her worst summer. She kissed someone who claimed that loved her. But they were empty words. He didn't mean it, he probably thought it was someone else. (y/n) thought she wasn't worth the chase. She was never into those types of things.

(y/n) snuck back into her home. (y/n) wanted to forget everything.
