"Life is like the ocean. It can be calm or still and rough and rigid, but in the end it's always beautiful."
-Alessia's p.o.v-
Alessia had decided to stay home. Hoping everyone one would forget about last night and she could go back to lurking in the shadows like she normally does.
Then she hears the door bell ring.
No one ever rings her doorbell.
She opens the door to a very out of breath Jack.
"Jack-" he doesn't even let her mutter to words before he envelopes her in a hug.
"You where amazing last night." He whispers into her ear. Alessia slowly melts into his hug. Breathing in the smell of his cologne.
"Thanks." She whispers sheepishly as they pull away from the hug. "Oh, uh come on in. I was just making breakfast. Do you want anything?"
Jack takes a seat at the dinning room table as Alessia goes to the kitchen. "Just a coffee." He says.
Alessia makes Jack a coffee, herself a tea, and two pieces of toast. She sits across from him at her table. "I hope you don't mind, I just did regular cream and sugar."
"That's fine. Thanks." He says. "So, when we're you planning to telling me you could sing?" He says taking a sip of the coffee.
"Probably, never. Why?" She says
"Because your amazing. You should do more shows. You can get a manager and then get payed pretty good money." He says like it was obvious.
"Wait. I can get payed?" She asks. Jack nods. "But how expensive is a manager? I don't really have money."
"They are beyond expensive, but I can talk to John. He's looking into being JJ and my manager." He says as Alessia clears the table of dishes.
"Um, I don't think that's a good idea. But I'll find someone. Thanks though." Alessia walks back into where Jack is sitting at the dinning table. "If you want you can go sit in the couch if you want but I'm going to go get changed really quick."
After Alessia disappears up the stair Jack stands and starts to wander. He walks over to a shelf on the wall filled with picture frames. He sees pictures of Alessia, a boy, who seems to be older than her and what also seems to be her parents. He picks up one picture in particular, in it is a picture of Alessia and this boy sitting side by side. Jack had never once seen Alessia so happy.
"What are you doing?" Alessia asks.
"I-Um," Jack stutters look down, he notices a few pieces of paper in Alessia's hands. He quickly puts the frame back and asks, "What's that in your hand?"
"Nothing, nothing. But do you think you could give them to Robert?" She ask putting them in his hand.
