He tried to step back into the shadows so I couldn't see him anymore, but before he could, I ran up to him and pulled him closer, touching his green face lightly with my fingertips just to make sure he was real.
He was beautiful.
Gorgeous green skin that shined ever so slightly in the pale strip of moonlight we were standing in. Beautiful brown-ish red eyes sparkled as I moved my hand across his face.
Suddenly he leaned down and kissed me. His lips soft and warm, enveloping the rest of me in the same wonderfully hazy kind of warmth. Our lips felt as if the were made for each other, because it felt so right to be standing here kissing him.
I had just moved my arms around his neck, when suddenly something blew up to our right.
