"This is how you're saying goodbye?" Tears rushing down [Name]'s face. "You promised to stay by my side no matter what."

He wouldn't even look at her at first.
"I'm so sorry. Please forgive me."

"I hate you! I hate you so much. I hate that I love you so much." [Name] began to clutch her heart. Or the empty spot it left. "Don't you know you were the one? The one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. You gave a ring, promising me one day it'll be real. And this is how it ends?" [Name] looked down at the ring.

"I wanted to marry you, I do! I love you. I always will." He began to cry. He was angry with himself. "I want to hold you. Please stop crying."

"You promised, you promised..."
[Name] said as she kneeled in front of the grave stone shedding more tears.
