Sighing, I took one step forward towards the edge and looked down. "It's bloody high. I won't survive this."
I closed my eyes and took another step to the brink, ready to fall when a strong hand gripped my hand and pulled me back.
"Planning to jump off, are we?," A familiar voice said. I opened my eyes and sucked a deep breath. I saw you, standing in front of me with that signature smirk of yours and tears spilled from my eyes.
I reached out my hand to touch your face. "Y-you came back. Y-you look exactly just the way I remembered you."
You simply stared at me with your dark eyes and your lips curved into a smile. "Hey angel. Missed me?". I nodded, at lose for words. You wiped my tears away and gave me a peck in the lips then whispered "Angel, don't you ever do that again."
Nodding, I held on tightly to you, scared that if I'll let you go, you'll fade away again. You stared at me sadly and gently brushed your lips against mine. "Close your eyes..," you whispered again.
I stared at you for a long time and slowly closed my eyes. You kissed me again and slowly moved away.
"I love you angel ... but I can't stay here anymore. Live on. Live for the both of us.." and your voice faded into the wind.
I opened my eyes and looked around, knowing you were no longer there but desperately hoping you were. There was no sign of you anymore. Clutching my chest, I knelt down to the ground and screamed out the agony, hating the reality that we love each other so much but we both belong in two different worlds now...
