First classes of the day was the same as always. Shit.

English... now that was even worse.

Alex showed up late as always and went to her usual place I guess, which was in the far corner. Throughout the whole lesson, she kept glancing my way, but when I looked back, she smirked before going to whatever was on her phone.

When the class ended, we were called up to ask how our first session was, which I lied and said it was great, while she acted her normal scary self and replied with a sarcastic 'amazing' before rolling her eyes and leaving.

At least it's lunch now..

As I walked to our usual table inside the crowded cafeteria, everyone was there... including Alex. Kill me now.

"Hey, study buddy!" Alex smiled which seemed like a fake one. "Ready for today?" All the boys' attention was on me seeming to enjoy this. Well fuck them.

"Well, yeah. Can we actually do something today?" I asked but mentally slapped myself.

Luke was shaking his head as if he didn't approve while Ashton had a look of surprise on his face, looking back and forth at Alex and I. Michael was totally enjoying this.

Awaiting for some death threat, I looked her in her eyes just wanting to get it over with, but she just nodded.

"I'll try. No promises though." She shrugged.

"Well that's fair enough." I said and then regular conversations was brought upon the table. That was until Michael opened his mouth.

"So what brought you to hang out here all of a sudden, or better yet, just lunch?"

"Since i'm going to be with Cal for a while, I need to get to know him more." She shrugged, everyone nodding at this. As the bell ring to let us know lunch was over, Alex grabbed my arm, pulling to a nearby staircase.

"What are you doing? I have class!"

"One, i'm getting to know you better, and I know you don't care for whatever you have now, so you can survive skipping." Using my common sense, I just nodded.

With that, she pulled me with her as we made our way down the stairs to a fire exit, where we went to who knows where.
