❊❊❊❊Before the Argument❊❊❊❊

You were getting ready for the fireworks. Your (h/c) hair was in a low bun with your bangs hanging at the side, framing your face. You putted on extra makeup and readjusted your (f/c) yukata. You tied a bell around your bun and slipped in some colourful flowers, "And done!" You smiled as your hands rested on your waist, scanning yourself from head to toes.

You went downstairs and expected for Kageyama to be there. "He said he's going to be here..." An hour ago, he texted you saying that he'll pick you up at 9:30pm. You checked your phone, "It's pass 9:30 where is he?" then you heard the doorbell ring.

'He's here!" You excitedly ran downstairs and towards the door. You had a big grin on your face but it turned into a shock when you opened the door.

"Hey (f/n)!"

"(G-Guy Friend's Name)?!" He suddenly hugged you tight and you returned it back. You released your arms off him and glanced up and down. He was also wearing a yukata. "When did you get here?? I thought you were in Canada!" You asked.

"Well... Since it's a holiday, I wanted to surprise you!" He scratched the back of his neck, face started to turn pink. "A-And I've been wanting to tell you this a long time ago..."

"What is i-" You were cut when you suddenly felt something warm on your lips. Your (e/c) eyes grew wide and you froze on the spot. His arms wrapped around you waist as he pulled you closer. You hands were on his chest, trying to pull him away. But his grip was strong.

"(f-f/n...?)" (g/f/n) released you and glanced at the other voice.

"Um sorry, but who are you?" He glared.

"T-Tobio let me explain!" You stepped back from your friend. (g/f/n) glanced at you and Kageyama, confused at the situation.

"So you were away all this time because you were seeing him?!"

"N-No I was ma-"

"You probably want to be with him than with me..." Kageyama's words gradually turned into a mumble. '

You stared at him with concern. "Please, it's not what you think!!"

You tried to walk towards him but he stopped you, "I don't wanna hear any more of your bullshit!" He spat back; eyes were filled with rage and betrayal.

"Tch then I'm going to the fireworks by myself!" Tears started to form at the corner of your eyes. It was just a misunderstanding and yet it broke his heart.

"Kay fine, go without me!" You watched him walk away, wishing he would look back. But he didn't. You sniffed and wiped you nose with your sleeves.

(g/f/n) who was watching the whole time, just stood there in shock. "I-I'm sorry (f/n... I didn't know you had a boyfriend." He apologized.

You ignored him and retreated inside your house. "(f-f/n)-"

"Leave." You scowled back at him before entering the house. "Now." Then you slammed the door shut, right in front of his face. He frowned and started to leave.

"Sorry..."

After he left, you climbed upstairs and ran into you bedroom. You sat down and started to cry. 'Godammit...' At the corner of your eyes, you noticed your phone lit up. There was a message from your best friend. "Heyy!! Where you at? I can't find you or your bf anywhere!"
