Part Four - Quenstionable Trust

Everyone stood there staring, just staring. Violet pushed Max away and backhanded him across his face.

"What the fuck were you thinking?" Violet was pissed. The anger was almost radiating off of her.

Pearl stood there. Staring at the person she thought loved her. Violet shoved max out of the way, gripping pearls shoulders.

"Babe look I can explain." Violet said. She wanted to let it all spill out but she knew Pearl wouldn't love her anymore.

"There's nothing that needs to be explained." Pearl threw down the bouquet and stormed out of the ballroom. Pulling the veil off her head and tossing it to the ground, as the tears fell from her face.

Violet chased after her. She needed to get to her and she needed to tell her she loved her. She didn't want to mess this up. But she already messed up enough.

By the time Violet got outside pearls car was already gone. She knew she had fucked up, and fucked up badly.

Violet made it back to their apartment, but Pearl wasn't home. On the table was a note.

"Violet,

I've left. I'm taking my stuff in the morning and flying in to go stay with Courtney and adore. I'm sorry I ever thought I loved you.
