chapter 21

Nia's pov

I didn't tell no one expect Hayes that Mason ran away. I've been crying all day. I miss him. I liked him. I thought he liked me why would he run away.

Hayes told me he was gonna go to mason house and check on his mom to make sure she is okay. His mom is all mason has. His dad died in the military. Mason didn't even like talking about it. He loved his mom. He never even got mad when his mom punished him.

I stopped crying for a while. Then Jack called me. Jack said "Nia Come Here Nowww!!" I followed his voice and went in his room. Jack was reading something. I lowly said "yea?" Jack said "what the fuck is this?" I said "huh?" Jack gave me a paper. It was my report card. I only passed four classes. I failed two. It was math and living environment.

I got a 55 in math and in living environment I got a 45.

Jack said "what is this?!?!" I said " I told you I was gonna fail." Jack said "no you didn't even try you skipped the classess!!!!!" I lowly said "Meath teacher is racist." Jack said " I don't care,give me your phone!!"

I went to go get my phone and I gave it to Jack. Jack said "your on punishment for the whole summer or until I say so!!" I said "fine." Jack said " go in your room now!!"

I was kinda mad. I already told Jack I might fail. He doesn't listen to me. I don't care about my phone. I miss mason. If he was Here he would tell me not even to worry because only thing I do is talk to him.

I laid in my bed and cried my self to sleep. My whole life is falling apart.
