The Intern

*Friday Morning

*Buzzzzz *Buzzzzz

My alarm starts to go off. As I try to open my eyes, I turn to my right and look at the clock. It's 6:42!! I'M ABOUT TO BE LATE FOR WORK!! I jump out of bed run into my bathroom and hop into the shower. Since I had to be at work at 7 I only had time for a 3 minute shower, no concert tonight folks. I didn't really have time to pick out a outfit so I picked the first dress that came to eye. It was a Black dress with spaghetti straps and a pencil like outline, I grabbed my black pumps, purse, keys and ran out the door. I manged to get to work at 6:57. As I settled down at my desk I sighed to my self "just on time"

Just in case your wondering I work for this big fashion company. My boss is this heartless bitch who only thinks about her self and wants everything her way. I've only been working for her for about a year now. I work for the online shopping half. But since I'm her hardest worker, I'm also her assistant too.

"Savannah, I spilled my coffee and have a big stain, can u bring it to the cleaners" she said while throwing her jacket at me without even looking at me.

Before I could get up a man had walked up to my desk.

"HI may I help u" I asked
"Uh, yea I'm the new intern" "My names Ricco"
"Um..sorry sir we don't have a Ricco on the Intern sheet" I said looking down at my computer.
"Oh sorry, maybe Adym will work"
"Yup, there you are" I said with a smile looking at him.

I got up from my chair with the stained jacket in my arms and greeted Ricco.

"HI Ricco, my name is Savannah but everyone calls me Anna" I said as I shook his hand.

"Hey the names Adym but everyone calls me Ricco" he said while grinning.

"Well Ricco follow me ill show u to your desk" I said while leading the way.

He followed me to his desk in the back corner, about 3 desks from mine.

"Are you an intern or are you one of those special interns who kiss up to the boss." Ricco said while sitting at his desk looking at everything.

"I'm not either, I work here, matter fact I worked here for almost a year now." I said trying to hold back my laughter.

"Since your my intern, you can come with me on a little mission".

He looked at me confused for a moment and then finally responded " Your intern?"

"Yup, my intern, basically when there are interns every worker gets one to show them the ropes and since everyone has an intern, you get to be mine" I said walking towards the elevator, Ricco trying to keep up.

We waitied for the elevator to come for about a minute, when the elevator doors opened my bestfriend Amber came out.

"Hey girl!" She said smiling as she rushed out the elevator.
"Who is that and why are u guys not kissing?" She said looking at Ricco
" Amber this is the new intern Ricco"
"Hey Ricco, you could be my intern if you want" she said laughing but in a dirty way.

We walked into the elevator, just standing next to each other silently.

"So where are we going?" Ricco said breaking the silence.

"We're going to the cleaners so they could clean the bosses coffee stain off her jacket" I said not even looking at him.

The elevator stopped, we walked out of the building heading to my car when.....

*Slap

I turned around, a women had hit Ricco right in the face. I just stood there listening to there conversation trying not to intervene.

"Where the fuck have you been" the women screamed.

Ricco looked at her and walked towards me and said "I've been busy with my girlfriend" while wrapping his arm around my shoulder. He whispered in my ear "Just play along"

I looked at him like he was crazy but I ended going along with the plan anyway.

"There is no way, this basic classy bitch could be your girlfriend!"

"Well I am and we are very happy and deeply in love with each other!" I screamed.

Ricco looked at me surprised and added on "Yeah, very deeply in love!"

"Too bad I don't believe you guys until you kiss"

We both turned to each other Ricco looked into my eyes gave a little nod, and grabbed my face. Next thing I know his lips are pressed against mine his hands going from my face past my back and on my waist. What felt like had been an eternity had only been a minute of us kissing each other.

"Guess you finally moved on, have fun with your NEW life" the women said waking off looking heartbroken.

Me and Ricco looked at each other and walked off to my car........
