I turn to the other side of the bed expecting to feel Adym. I open my eyes and he wasn't there, I turn to get out of bed and turn my alarm off when the smell of coffee hits my nose. I walk into the kitchen seeing Adym leaning on the counter with a cup of coffee in his hand.
"Goodmorning Beautiful" he says while giving me a kiss on the cheek
"Goodmorning" I respond, grabbing a cup of coffee.
"Today's the big day!" He says while smiling ear to ear.
"And what day is that?" I ask laughing
"The day I get to see if I'm going to be working at A style long term."
Shit, I totally forgot that was today.
"Oh, yea I forgot that was today." I say walking into my room trying to figure out my outfit.
"Should I get dressed up or just go casual?" Adym asks while digging through his drawer.
"I mean when do you ever see anyone walk in with a suit on?"
"That's true, casual it is"
Since today is a big day at the job, I decided that I should dress up but not too much, so I just went with a simple look.

When the elevator doors open I stepped out and went to my desk. I sat down unlocking my laptop seeing what torture my boss has me doing today.
Savannah, I'm not going to be able to come to the meeting in time for me to announce the intern so your going to have to do it for me. Hopefully, you picked the right person, your job is counting on it!

Great, I had to pick the person, now I have to announce it too. As if this day couldn't get any worse.
"Hey girl, ready for the night day?" Amanda said waking up to my desk smiling.
"Not really, it was really hard but I know who I have to pick" I said rereading the email.
"Well, hopefully you pick the right person because I already hate this job and if you get fired I'm going to hate it even more." She said laughing.
"Like it wasn't bad enough that I had to pick the person, Sam just emailed me that I have to announce it too." I said running my fingers through my hair.
"It's ok girl, you got it" she said patting me on the back. "Just don't look at Adym while announcing the person" she said laughing while walking back to her desk.
It was almost time for the meeting and I saw a nervous wreck. I was sweating like crazy, I had butterflies, and my legs we shaking under there desk. I got up with the file in my hand and walked into the meeting room.
